    • A Bit Sharper/Citrus-ier Than Anticipated, But Still Gets Compliments

I use a lot of Pacifica products and generally love them, but this particular hair and body spray didn’t quite hit all the fragrance notes I was expecting. I thought it would be a bit softer and creamier, but there’s an underlying citrus or acidic tone that comes through when I wear it. Some days, that sharp note fades fairly quickly; other days, it lingers and remains the dominant scent. At first, I assumed it might be a reaction with my pH, but I’ve come to believe it’s just how the fragrance is composed. That said, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the scent—not even a little. I’ve actually gotten compliments while wearing it. It just wasn’t what I had envisioned based on the description or my past experience with Pacifica’s fragrances. None of this will stop me from continuing to buy and enjoy the many other Pacifica products I love and continue trying other new ones along the way. ... show more

I bought this based on reviews that said this perfume smelled like the tropical/coconut smell similar to suntan lotion. This smells nothing like that. This is a very vanilla forward scent. There is very little coconut smell. This smells more like the vanilla Little Tree car freshener, which I don’t want to smell like my car’s interior. If you enjoy vanilla, this scent is for you. If you are looking for a body spray that smells like coconut, this is not it. This also does not last long on your skin. It works well in your hair or on your clothes but wears off quickly on the skin. The price is reasonable, there is a good amount, and the spray bottle is of a good quality. The bottle doesn’t leak or feel flimsy and cheap. This scent should be advertised as a vanilla/coconut scent. If the advertising had been more accurate I would not have spent my money on it. I regret purchasing this and will give it to my mother who enjoys vanilla body sprays. ... show more

This does smell like coconut, but it is a bit more subtle. It has a slight saltiness if that makes sense. I wasn’t so sure when I first got it, but now I find myself reaching for it all the time I like to spray it in my hair and it layers well with some of my other gourmand fragrances.

This smells fantastic! Reminds me of cookies or some type of lovely dessert. I get migraines from scents a lot. This is mild enough to where it does not bother me. It smells way more natural than any body spray I've ever smelled. It also lasts a long time. Try it!
