This is an amazing pizza pan. We make homemade pizza, with a homemade sourdough crust, every week. This pan makes both the cooking and the cleaning a cinch. No flour, no oil, just spread that dough on the pan and nothing, not even stray pieces of cheese are sticking. Super quick and simple to wash off with a mild detergent. I cook my pizza at 475 and have not had any warping of the pan. After months of use the pan still looks brand new. Just ordered another pan so we can do more than one pizza at a time. Now I do suggest showing this pan the respect it deserves. Do NOT cut your pizza on it. There's no need. That pizza will easily slide off onto a cutting board. Give it a quick handwash with gently detergent. Love your pan and it will love you back for many pizza nights to come. ... show more

    • Excellent nonstick pizza pan
This is a hefty, well-made pizza pan with a very effective nonstick coating. The heavy-gauge steel, ridged base, and rolled lip make for a very solid pan that never warps, even when preheating it to 450F+. The surface is almost ridiculously nonstick, to the point that a cooked pie will slide around on it. The ridges certainly contribute to the nonstick properties of this pan, and it does seem like they improve browning on the bottom of the crust compared to a flat sheet. I use the Oxo nonstick-safe pizza wheel to cut pies directly on this pan and haven't seen any damage to the coating or change in how slick the surface is. And I run this thing through the dishwasher after every use, it is absolutely dishwasher-safe and you don't need to wash it by hand. Great all around pizza pan. ... show more

Love this pizza pan! The pizza slides right off the pan with the non-stick coating! The bottom of the pizza is crispy! Great price. The quality of the pizza tray and appearance is top notch. It's thick and I doesn't seem like it would scratch.

    • Cooks crust and flat breads perfectly!
Best pizza pan I’ve owned. This is my second. I used my first under a pie and pie filling burned on it. I used a really scratchy scrubber on it and found they have a coating not recommended for abrasive scrubbers. I now have a new one for focaccia bread and one for a drip tray. Lesson learned!!

    • Amazing Pizza Pan
This is an AWESOME pizza pan. I have used cheap pizza pans over the years and we were finally convinced by a family member to order this pan. It makes the crust of store bought pizza crispy. It is also easy to clean after using it. I highly recommend this pan to anyone who has used other pans.

    • Love OXO but this came with large puncture
Love this brand and a real value so imagine my surprise when in came in a perfect box with no dents but the pizza tray had a deep deep puncture in the center of it? Disappointing for OXO's quality.

    • High quality, nonstick, cooks evenly
High quality, nonstick pizza pans. Pizzas have come out evenly cooked every time so far and the ridges work wonders at keeping our homemade pizza from sticking which we've had problems with before. You aren't supposed to cut the pizza on the pan, so hopefully I'll remember to transfer it every time before doing so. Bought three so if I mess one of them up, I'll at least have two others.     • More than a year later, NOTHING will stick to this pan
I have to be honest.... if I were rating this pan for how much I like it, I would give it three stars. Cutting a pizza on this pan is a royal pain in the butt because of how easily it slides around. But the trade-off is that you're NEVER scraping burnt pizza off the pan. Cleanup is a breeze. My pan is about 15 months old now. It looks like it's been through an incendiary war and is ready for retirement, and yet it's still working as good as the day I bought it. Pizzas just won't stick to it no matter what. I also use this pan for making things like french fries and breaded shrimp. Everything I make on it slides right off like a towel on a freshly-waxed car. For that reason, and for the fact it's literally the sturdiest pizza pan I've ever owned, I have to give it an uncontested 5 star rating. ... show more
