Nice notebook but began to lose its binding in a month. I am hard on my notebooks, using them often for references. I do like how flexible they are; just wish the binding didn’t come apart.

    • Perfectly functional notebooks, but slightly flimsy.
My son is hard on notebooks so these may not have been the best choice for him. If you or your kids are more gentle on notebooks these should be just fine.

    • amazing paper quality for the price
I wasn't expecting much from these notebooks. They're similar to the composition notebooks you find at Wmart and dollar stores. What surprises me is how well the paper handles fountain pen ink. I use a variety of inks and nib sizes, from Fine to Broad. This paper handles all of these quite well. There's a bit of shading, depending on the saturation of the ink, but so far none of them has bled through. Water based markers and some of my acrylic markers also did well. They don't bleed through. What does bleed through are Sharpies and alcohol markers. That's to be expected. Overall these notebooks has exceeded expectations. The only negative, which is a minor irritation, is the stiff plastic covers which won't stay flat, and keeps flapping up as I write. I prefer standard cardboard covers. ... show more
