I’ve been testing this mug for 3 weeks now. At first, I wasn't thrilled because I wanted a stainless steel interior instead of ceramic, but now I’m really happy with it. Heat Retention: It keeps drinks hot long enough—about 4.5 hours—though stainless steel definitely wins in this category. Cleaning: This is where the ceramic interior blows metal out of the water. It doesn't trap odors and doesn't stain at all. The only catch is that you have to hand-wash it. Durability: The outside is super tough against drops and scratches. However, the ceramic inside is more delicate; avoid using metal spoons to stir, and don't use harsh scrubbers when washing it. Overall, it has exceeded my expectations after 3 weeks. It holds the temperature well, is incredibly easy to clean, and the drinks taste way better. I highly recommend it! ... show more

These are without a doubt this best vessel money can buy! The internal mechanisms are minimal, which makes cleaning extremely easy. It also inhibits any build up of disgusting bacteria from coffee and creamers in those tiny crevices that are found in “other” vessels. The hot/cold temperature depending of what you are drinking, will last a very long time. The lid stays tight and will not leak. The cup itself is high quality and resists dents and scratches very well. All I can say is choose your size and color and just buy it! Perfect size for my morning cup of coffee. It keeps coffee hot for a couple of hours which is just the right amount of time. I have tried many cups and have stuck with this one because of 1) the size it fits in my cars cups holders 2) it is easy to take apart and clean and 3) it keeps my coffee hot just long enough for me to drink it. Simple to clean, no condensation, holds temp. and looks great. Carries enough to double as a little thermos after you've finished your coffee. Fits in backpack bottle compartments. Personally, I am not too sensitive to the metalic notes on tea or the lingering taste from using a tea thermos after using it for coffee, but lattes and black tea taste great in it. My only complaint is that the ceramic coating on the inside is black and not white. I am curious about its longevity - especially for those who stir their drinks with metal spoons in the cup. Feels good in hand. When not in motion, I consider taking the lid off and using it as a normal mug extremely fun. ... show more

This is one tumbler that finally solved the dripping/leaking lid problem. Couple that with the ceramic coating inside, which keeps the liquids hot or cold for many hours, it is impressive.
