When your kids realize that the other 'Big Ol Cup' is just a brand and not really that great get them these!!! This brand is insulated, has the built in straw, keeps your water cold and it doesn't leak! The size is perfect so that it fits into your cup holders and the pockets on their back packs, they are made out of metal so they are durable and last. The only thing is that they are a bit expensive but as long as the kids don't leave them on the bench at the next sporting event you aren't going to have to replace these in a long time. ... show more

This bottle is exactly as beautiful as it looks in the picture — even more in person! The color combination is absolutely stunning. I’ve seen many water bottles out there, but none as cute and vibrant as this one. For me, it’s the most beautiful water bottle in the world. The quality is amazing. I fill it with ice and water, and even after a full day — sometimes more than 24 hours — the water is still cold and refreshing. The size is very manageable and comfortable to carry, and one of the most important features for me: it fits perfectly in my car cup holder. Many bottles overlook this, but this one is perfect for on-the-go use. While it’s not huge, it has a great everyday size, and during the intense Las Vegas summer, I pair it with a larger bottle to refill it. I love the portability and design. I must be honest — the original price was $47, and I had to wait for a 50% discount before I could buy it. But I’m so glad I did. There are many bottles out there, but none are this beautiful. And I found the perfect vinyl sticker on Amazon to personalize it with my name in a matching, fun green color — now it looks even more amazing! No complaints at all. I've had this for over a year now and it's definitely the best water bottle ever. It’s insulated, sturdy, secure, attractive, and the free sip + straw design is amazing. I’ve never been a big straw person and previous was using the Thermos Alta water bottle—I loved it at the time and always preferred an open spout to a straw, but I had so many accidents with it popping open in my bag because I often forgot to lock it. Eventually, I lost it and got this one. The Owala locks securely as long as you just put the handle down. Even when I forget to put the handle down, it usually doesn't open because the button takes a bit of force to press. I figured I would primarily use the spout option, but ended up falling in love with the straw. Unlike other options, it doesn’t stick out of the bottle and is super easy to clean. The straw is wide so you can easily suck up a lot of liquid. I wanted a bottle that was attractive for the office and a balance between holding a substantial amount of water and still fitting in my bag and car cupholder. I have the 24 oz version in Foggy Tide, which fits the bill. I find I drink more water using this, so I do have to refill throughout the day, but it’s great. It keeps my water cold and I add 3 big ice cubes in the morning, which last through the day as I refill the water. Even my 2-year-old LOVES the straw function and it’s easy for her to use. She has her own water bottle with a silicone straw, but always begs for mine instead. I think the 24 oz would be too cumbersome for her to use regularly on her own, but I’m considering getting her a 16 oz kid one since she loves it so much. My only issue is that if she knocks it over, I really don’t want it to spill everywhere. I'm considering the flip, but I wish there was a kid size that had the same exact straw as this without the spout.. ... show more

This is our third Owala Kids FreeSip bottle and there’s a reason we keep coming back for more. These bottles are perfectly designed for kids. The FreeSip spout is genius. My kids can either sip upright or tilt it back like a regular water bottle, and they love having the choice. The straw is easy to use, and the flip-top lid makes it fun and spill-proof for school, sports, and car rides. As a parent, I really appreciate how durable and well-made these are. The double-wall insulation actually works. Water stays cold all day, even in the summer heat. They don’t sweat or leak, and the size is just right for little hands without being too bulky for backpacks or lunchboxes. Cleaning is easy and I love that there are no weird rubber parts that get gross over time. The color options are great too. Each of my kids has their own favorite and it helps avoid mix-ups. Highly recommend. These are a small upgrade from the usual kids water bottles but absolutely worth it. If you’re on the fence, just try one.
