I'm so glad I switched to these replacement water filters for my Breville espresso machine! They were much more affordable than the Breville brand ones, especially since they come in a four-pack. Even better, they seem exactly the same. They fit perfectly in the machine and filter out impurities just like the originals. The filter cotton of the Breville coffee machine water tank needs to be replaced regularly. The individually packaged filter cotton is convenient to use and easy to store. It perfectly matches the water tank of the Breville coffee machine at home. It is exactly as advertised. I am very satisfied. I really like it. It completely exceeded my expectations. Without a lab cutting the filter open, I have no way of knowing exactly how well it's actually filtering water. I can verify, however, that it fit perfectly and that I haven't noticed any drop-off in the taste of our coffee. At such a deep discount compared to the OEM filters, these seem to be a great value.

We have a Breville Barista model 880 with a touch screen. These replacement filters work very well. We have well water that does not have any bad taste like city chlorinated water so it is hard to determine whether they are filtering or not. We also use only RO water in the coffee machine. I have found that with any replacement filter, make sure to run water through the filter before installing and run the the water only feature on the machine before making a cup of espresso. This will ensure that the water is through the entire machine when the filter is changed and prevent it from turning off prematurely when making the first espresso.
