The only thing that this bottle cannot do is carry carbonated drinks or hot drinks (which I would assume is due to pressure causing the cap to fail). I have several different brands of water bottles including a Stanley. I prefer this Owala Freesip. They have several different sizes including a 40 oz., 32 oz. and a 24 oz. I have one in each size. I find them easier to carry around that the other brands and I love the sip or gulp choice when drinking. My daughter has confiscated one of them for her to take to the gym. They come in great colors. They are leak-proof, they keep things cold or hot. They have a handle on the top. I find them versatile and handy. Great water bottle!!! I purchased this for my kiddo to use at camp and for sports. It's light weight empty and a great size. Its well made and seems like it will take the beating a younger kid will deliver. The clip to open is very robust but easy to press and all the openings seal well. It fits well in a backpack side pocket. It does a good job keeping the drink cold and has an opening large enough to add ice if you want to. My biggest concern is the handle at the top getting broken but it seems pretty strong so only time will tell. ... show more

Just received this. I love it. It's perfect for me. Locks when you aren't hauling it. Little handle when you are drinking. I love the colors. I love how lightweight it is with a built in straw. I'm loving that it's just the right size. 36 oz is too much 28 isn't enough. 32 is perfect. And I haven't used it yet!! I can't wait. Ok. Update. Now that I've used it. I still love it. One of the best water bottles I have ever tried! The insulation is amazing. I could leave it out with cold water for a day and it would still be the same temperature. It has never leaked. One of my issues is how easily it gets damaged and scratched. It does not hold that much water for me as I drink lots of water but it just depends on how much water you drink and how much fluid ounces your water bottle holds. It also has a handle which is pretty convenient. In conclusion, the water bottle is amazing and has many features such as insulation and a handle. One downside is it can get scratches easily. Overall I would give this water bottle four and a half stars. Only thing that is limiting it form being five stars is how easily it gets scratched and damaged. ... show more

I love this. I have the smaller version and I was getting very sick of running out of water so I upgraded. 40 ounces is a much better amount! The colors are gorgeous and reminds me of watermelon. Easy to carry around with the locking mechanism. It doesn’t fit in my cup holder in the car unfortunately. Very easy to clean and the value for the cost is a no brainer. The Straw is a pretty color and comes attached ready to go. But when you need to clean the straw it comes right off and right back on very easily. The inside lid has a washer that needs to come off when washing because mold will grow underneath if not removed and cleaned. Overall? Good quality water bottle that can take a beating.
