I absolutely love this Owala FreeSip bottle. The design is sleek, lightweight, and super easy to carry around. The FreeSip feature is genius—you can sip through the built-in straw when you’re on the go, or tilt it back like a regular bottle when you want a big gulp. This water bottle is the one for me. It's easily transportable, even at the largest size of 40oz. I love the built in straw and chug spout. As a dog walker, I drink tons of water a day being outside. I have always wanted a nice insulated water bottle and have had my eyes on Owala for sometime. I've gone through a lot of "no brand" water bottles and they served their purpose, but the Owala bottle has found itself even in my everyday life when I'm not working. It's often sitting at my desk and I drink from it all day, and it goes everywhere with me. The quality of the water bottle is wonderful and sweat proof. I have found it keeps water cold inside of it up to 48 hours, with a 24 hour guarantee. As a dog walker, the largest size of 40oz was a MUST for me. It can feel a little heavy at times when filled and sadly doesn't fit in your cupholder in the car, but that's not a big deal for me. The design of the bottle is awesome, but the best thing about it is the cap -- having two ways to drink and it being completely leak proof has been a godsend. I've had this thing go upside down in my car and it didn't lose a drop of water. The handle on the cap is also really nice and convenient. It's also very easy to clean and comes apart just as easily for quick cleaning (don't forget about the silicone piece in the top of the cap which easily comes out!) I absolutely recommend Owala for its price, especially if you are outside as much as me. ... show more

Oh my gosh, this is the best water bottle ever. It keeps my water ice cold. It holds a lot and because of the ease of drinking through the straw, I tend to drink a lot more. It doesn’t leak and it is just perfect. The color is also beautiful.

Love this water bottle! Its color and design are great. It’s easy to hold and it fits great in a backpack side pocket, and the overall quality is great. I love that you have the option of using a straw or tipping to drink, which has greatly improved both my daughter’s and my water intake. My favorite thing about this bottle as compared to others is that the mouth piece is completely covered when the top is down. I love my Stanley and Hydroflask as well, but with both of those bottles, at least part of the mouth piece is exposed. This design keeps the mouth piece covered, clean, and free of germs that aren’t yours. I was really resistant at first to making the change to Owala but it’s become my favorite. (Added tip, if you don’t holding the bottle by the locking loop, or your bottles get dropped or banged up easy, Amazon sells a silicone sleeve for these that has a side handle and keeps the bottle safe from scratches and dents.) ... show more

I love my Owala bottle. This smaller size fits in the cup holder in my car, but the larger bottle does not. I have put this bottle in my messenger bag with my computer and have never had it leak at all. I did the same with a Stanley bottle and even though the straw was closed, it still leaked, leaving about an inch of water in my bag with my laptop sitting in said water. There is a small hook that makes it easy to carry. This small handle also folds down and covers the button that is used to open the lid making accidental opening unlikely. I have also used this same handle to clip it to an outside pocket on my backpack. Because these bottles come in 2 different storage capacities you can pick size that suits your needs depending how much water you drink in a day. Also, there is an integrated straw in the opening, so you can either sip through the straw or you can tilt the bottle and drink without using the straw, and the best part is you don’t need to choose a lid with only one of these options because the single lid has both.
