This product works well and is as described. I took off 1 star because the piece they provide to hang the hose is way too small for this hose. The hanger needs to be 2-3x the size. It’s really useless and have decided to keep the hose but keep it tucked away under a cabinet vs hanging it up because it would take several minutes to hang on this small piece.     • Pretty good, but feels cheap

I bought this to replace an old hose and attachments for my system. In general, I haven't had any major issues. The hose itself is long and doesn't kink. The attachments fit nicely onto the metal pole that they attach to. My favorite thing is the on/off switch, as my old hose didn't have one. Now I can leave the hose plugged in and just flip it off if needed. Word of caution on the reviews that say the switch doesn't work, but hose (at least in my outlet) needs to be oriented properly. The piece that plugs into the outlet has a notch that needs to be at 6 or 12 o'clock for the switch to work. My outlets actually have small raised lines to indicate where the notch should go. The couple downsides. First, the handle (where the switch is) feels flimsy. When pushing it around, I feel like the strain on it will eventually wear out and snap. It hasn't happened yet, but I wish it felt sturdier. Second, the pole and the handle don't always snap into place easily, and then button to release it also feels cheap hopefully if it breaks, it's easy to replace. It overall I've been really happy with it as compared to my old hose and attachments. ... show more
