This is a very nice-looking and sturdy patio set for a great price. The assembly instructions are graphical rather than written, but we found them to be very clear. It certainly helps to have a ratchet-style driver with an allen bit, and a socket wrench. Trying to assemble with the tools that came in the package would take a very long time. Items were delivered fast. The assembly was straight forward and easy. I saw some reviews that stated the holes did not line up. If the directions included were followed "Don't tighten screws, until all are in place" they most likely would not have had issues. This is important on the ottomans! Now that it is assembled, it’s great! Very comfortable, doesn’t feel cheap. Assembly was a challenge. The instructions are just a diagram, the actual pieces are not labeled to correspond with the diagram. My husband purchased some better quality hardware and screws and used a nut driver. The Allen wrench and mini “wrench” combo they give you takes a loooong time. But, overall happy with the furniture now that it is assembled! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My husband put all of this together and said he would give it a 5 out of 5 for assembly. The ottoman cushions were wrapped in tear proof brown paper and stuffed inside the arms of the couch. Although this was pretty clever, we didn't realize what they were. We just thought it was fluff to protect the hollow arms of the couch in transition. When we realized we did not have the ottoman cushions, we pulled them out (not easy) and unwrapped them to discover the missing cushions. We entertained last night and the consensus was unanimous: this furniture is beautiful and very comfortable. We were very very frugal with our shopping for the newly finished deck, and we are both very happy with our choice. ... show more

This product takes some effort to assemble but the payoff is worth it as similar store items are priced more than triple the cost. I Did my research and this item is comfortable and well made. Longevity remains to be seen.

These are really much better than I thought they would be. They are nice. Not too big or too small and look smart. They have these screws along the outside that don't match but are necessary for the strength of the structure of each piece. It would make them a lot nicer looking if they just changed the color of the screws. I've had them a few months and they are holding up very well. The color is nice and hasn't faced although it's been hotter than hades here at 107 with some strong UV rates to match. Overall a very good buy! ... show more

Tge assembly was simple in theory, but the bolts didn’t fit the nuts, difficult for one person to do alone, and directions were worthless. Tge furniture itself is nice though.

The media could not be loaded. This set was packed impeccably. We were concerned at first as we received the chairs a few days later than the sofa and thought there was a mistake. Amazon sent a message to the seller and we received a message back within a day. Directions weren’t great, would recommend your own Allen wrenches/socket sets. The back cushions could use more filling…we may add more. The blue color is beautiful. The ottomans will be used for extra seating. Highly recommend for the price! ... show more
