Bike seats just aren’t as comfortable the older we get. This bike seat solves that problem! This bike seat is solid with heavy duty springs. Nothing plush or squishy here! This seat is firm and rugged and wide as the state of Texas! It comes with all the tools needed to install it and it is very simple to install, took only two minutes and done! This is, honestly, the most comfortable bike seat I have ever had! I just want to point out to how sleek it looks! From the side it has the sporty contours of a regular bike seat. I absolutely recommend this seat! And why stop at a comfy seat for the everyday bike; this seat would be perfect for an exercise bike too! This seat is a terrific seat for the money! I notice Amazon is asking about the stability, so I’m going to unpack that a little: 1). When I first got on it, I felt the seat rock and then it turned. We tightened it up some more and the seat was secure after that. 2). The seat has springs/shock absorbers on both sides. These springs allow the seat to rock back and forth. Upon further investigation it becomes apparent that this allows for the swinging motion necessary in order peddle with ease; otherwise, a seat this wide would inhibit motion. And did I mention this is one wide wide seat!!! In sum, 1). make sure to tighten it up it it turns or rotates. And 2) imagine how difficult it might be to pedal if there was no rocking back and forth. Then enjoy the comfort and the ride!

I am so glad to see larger bike seats are finally becoming more "acceptable" at least with the most extreme outliers in my biking community. However I must admit I would still rock this seat no matter what because it literally allows me to ride longer with more comfort. I know there is a rationale for having the much smaller, firmer seat, but for a casual like me it's just increases my enjoyment and also my ability to ride longer. The seat is quite broad and also very small in the front. It is very comfortable to sit on and also allows the pelvic area to have much less pressure on it. I was able to switch out my factory seat for this broad one very easily and I don't think anyone who works on their own bike would have a problem with that. In addition to being very padded and broad, it seems to be well stitched and made of high quality materials. It is also taught me about shifting my weight and gravity, and from now on I will be looking into other solutions that also displace my weight anymore comfortable manner. I'm not going to be winning any races or being part of any cross-country events, so this just makes me more comfortable going down my mountain bike trail as well as paved trails and adds to the enjoyment that I get feeling the breeze as I sprint through the woods. Excellent product and I wish I would have made the switch sooner!

As a tall male, I suffer from "no butt at all", so bike seats are very uncomfortable to me. I have yet to find one that works for me. This one is very close, I felt no but pain and it was comfy. I did a few miles ride and my but was fine, other seats I am constantly adjusting my sitting, sometimes just one cheek at a time. This one no adjusting. The problem I have is that the seat front part is too far forward from the butt saddle, so when I pedal and my leg is fully extended pushing the pedal down, the front of the seat is right there in middle of my hamstring. It's not really the fault of the design as it's made for the masses, but for me, it's just at the wrong place. If the front edge was back a little further this would be perfect. I will be getting a new seat post to push the whole seat back and then tilt the seat downward a little. I am pretty tall so its hard to find a comfortable bike/seat/post combination.

I got the BACKTOUR Oversized Bike Seat for Men/Women to replace the stock bike seat on my ProForm indoor exercise bike. Man, if you've ever tried to complete a workout on the stock seat, you'll understand WHY I couldn't walk for a couple of days and why I was desperate for a new one. If ya know, ya know. It's funny because the description SAYS oversized bike seat, but when it arrived I almost fell over laughing. I mean, this seat is HUGE. Soooo much bigger than I was expecting! Plenty of room for my ample behind and then some!!! Installation was a breeze. Ask my hubby. He'll tell you. (Don't judge. Me and tools don't get along). I have done two workouts now on this bike seat and it is COMFORTABLE. Finally!! It is not excruciating to ride my bike. I was able to not only complete some workouts, but I was able to go with longer rides because I was so much more comfortable. This seat was truly a lifesaver for my exercise routine. I almost quit, but now I don't have to. Highly recommend!

I can't believe how easy it was to install this new bike seat. It was child's play and it took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. But the best part is how comfortable it is to plop your derriere on this seat and go for a pleasant ride on your bike. This seat is truly so much more comfortable than sitting on a standard bike seat. The extra size, both in length and width, plus the gel and memory foam in the padding will definitely enhance your riding pleasure. My bottom and haunches are no longer sore after a bike ride now that I have this new seat. I have a three speed beach cruiser with grey paint so the red accent colors on the seat nicely match the overall appearance of my bike. I also like that it has upgraded shock absorbing balls that work effectively if you encounter rugged terrain, and another nice feature is the air vent in the middle of the seat to help you stay cool. This seat is a real winner in my book and I highly recommend it!
