This is a one-year later review. The greenhouse is lovely. Took two people and one long afternoon to put it together. Instructions were easy to understand and all parts were clearly labeled. I live in a mostly sunny place, but it does get windy so the temperatures don’t get hot enough to grow tropical fruits - but the with greenhouse, it’s easy to get it well above 100F without any heating elements. Winters here are mild, but it does need some help to keep above 40F. The seal of the panels and metal frame are not great. If you plan on heating the space, I would recommend applying some sort of sealant. Overall, the greenhouse has served me well for my needs. The panels are 4mm polycarbonate and have been pretty durable. I do have one panel that showed some cracks after a year, and this is what prompted this review. I reached out to customer service just a few days before the one year mark of my purchase and ask if they could send me a replacement panel. Sarim and his team were polite and kind. They sent a replacement panel right away. They gave me the fedex tracking number and kept an eye on it. FedEx messed up and broke the panel. When I reached out again, after seeing that on the tracking, the team sent another panel. FedEx messed up again and lost the package. At this point, even I would’ve been sick of seeing my name in whatever ticket queue they have, yet Sarim and team have been nothing but polite and understanding. I am thrilled and impressed with the customer service and absolutely will look to buy from this store again when I upgrade.

Really big disappointment after I saved so long. Not anywhere near worth the money. They don't package it appropriately for the "windows" nor the aluminum....aluminum shows up dented in multiple spots you will definitely need needle nose pliers to try and straighten it out and make it still usable and the windows with the special uv tape stuff on them show up ruined...peeling off to where you have to smooth it out best you can but it looks like crap and some of it has holes or corners missing...even if you have multiple experienced builders working on it a lot of the seems won't line up because both the windows and aluminum are a bit warped like the way wood does when it gets old or is left in water. The directions were terrible...half the time they tell you to put what goes on the left on the right it's opposites constantly so watch for that...and when you get to the part of installing the top window that opens and it has no arrows or instructions...look at the side without the "leg" on it and match it to the top supporting beam..it has to slide in from the side before you attach the black plastic pieces at the end and it doesn't tell you..so in the end you try to pop it in but it wont...also take care with sides..since the cheap uv windows are bowed and the screws are terrible. Oh and the gutter holes don't line up in the end either....

This greenhouse was a journey. I ordered it well ahead of growing season. I intended to put it together on my week of break from work. This was 3 weeks after I received it. When I finally opened the box the 2 longest pieces were bent beyond repair. I contacted the company and they sent those replacement pieces. It was piece 3 and 4 of the 6x6 version. This took approximately 10 days to receive. Now I am no longer on break from work. So I set about counting all the other pieces in the box. A new problem has arrived. Piece 9 is MISSING. Now we are beyond the 30 DAY RETURN WINDOW. So I have to contact the company AOSOM. I contact them and at first they are wanting me to wait another week and a half to receive this missing piece. I tell them that is burning into growing season and it would be pointless to put the greenhouse up at this point. BUT IT IS BEYOND THE RETURN WINDOW NOW. In the end the company was able to get this resolved within 2-3 days. I am VERY GRATEFUL to the customer service from AOSOM. They did work to get the problem resolved for me, even after the return window had closed. Putting together the greenhouse took about 7 hours. IT COULD BE SHORTER IF THE COMPANY WOULD MAKE A VIDEO OF SOMEONE PUTTING TOGETHER THIS GREENHOUSE. THE WRITTEN DIRECTIONS/PICTURES ARE A RIDDLE. It is not like Ikea. Ikea's directions make sense. The pieces on the corners ARE CONFUSING. If you put them on backwards they will partially work. Until they don't. and then you have to take the thing back apart!!!! One of my corners would never go together. The triangle thing (the polycarbonate piece) in the front DOES NOT FIT. THE TRIANGLES ON THE FRONT SIDES (the polycarbonate) ARE TOO BIG. Also you have to modify it because as it is built there is not enough airflow. I only know this because I have had other greenhouses. WINDOWS ARE ESSENTIAL. I put a fan in the top vent window. I added another window. I also used silicone caulking around the whole thing on the outside to keep the panels stable. But overall I am SATISFIED with this greenhouse. It is really nice once you amend it to your needs!

Boy oh boy have they made improvements since the last one I bought. Mind you, the one I bought about five years ago is rock solid and I've only had to replace the polycarbonate panels one time, which is easy because they sell them on Amazon. This one that I got I literally put together in about an hour. Helpful tip: when you get your clear panels in place, hold them temporarily with tape and they won't wiggle out when you install the stretchers and rails. Everything arrived in near perfect condition, the boxes did come on two different days but they told me ahead of time that that was what would happen, so I was patient. The black plastic connectors make everything so much easier to assemble. It's a beautiful greenhouse, and you cannot beat the price.

The instructions aren’t great. If you are a visual learner you should be okay. Tip: if it doesn’t fit something isn’t right. The corner black pieces may seem to fit and be where they are supposed to be until you get to the last piece that attaches there and oops you realize the mistake. Look over the directions carefully to avoid that. If there is wind, it is more difficult. This thing is light so you need to find a way to anchor it, but they don’t provide holes for this or anchors. I have mine on 4x4’s for added height with decking as the floor. The panels are too soft and I don’t know how long it will last. It already had some dents in the panels and some of the metal was bent. With that said I had a greenhouse from another manufacturer and paid four times as much with thinner panels and it was all dented up to the extent that I sent back. From what I can see unless you want to pay at least $3500 you will get cheap polycarbonate paneling which is just cheap/thin plastic. I had some panels fall out with the first storm we had, but to be fair I didn’t complete the greenhouse. I have now caulked around everything so here’s hoping the palm trees don’t die. Plan on having a buddy help because the flimsy panels bend when you try to slide them in and someone needs to help guide them. For $300 it is pretty much what I expected.

This took me a minute to figure out. I’m 70. Alone. Female. No tools. I highly suggest using an electric drill. (I actually put this together with the Allen wrench provided, so it can be done but took me awhile.) You’ll probably also need a rubber mallet to get some of the plastic pieces in (or apart, if you put the plastic pieces on the wrong corners like I did). Organize all the parts carefully when unpacking. Everything is labeled, but if there are, for example, three of something, only one will be labeled so you have to have your systems in place. I organized all the pieces in the house and brought out only what was needed for the next step because the panels can blow away. (There is a film on both sides of the polycarbonate that will need removal, btw.) I misread/misinterpreted the diagrams in two strategic places and had to backtrack, which was frustrating, but managed to undo enough to switch support pieces and hobbled along until it was done. I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to caulk every seam, inside and out, when you’re done. I don’t know that it could handle much wind if you didn’t and it would be really loud and probably would let rain in. It goes from rattly and unstable, before caulking, to being a tight, sturdy, really sweet green house if you do and even though it took a lot of time, I think it’s essential. Go slow, don’t force anything. Make sure every polycarbonate panel is cleanly within the aluminum slots. I’m so pleased with the design and functionality. I got it to overwinter my citrus and some tender plants and am happy with my purchase. It’s not easy to put together alone but doable. I recommend this product. Good luck.

EDIT 3/10/26 I just looked out and now a THIRD panel collapsed!!!! They are all so brittle now... all of them! This third one, though, popped right out of the track. This greenhouse is unusable for this upcoming season. The screws on the gutters are rusted, so I don't even know how I could fix the original two, let alone now I have a third busted one with no spare. I can't believe my super cheap $60 hobby house lasted years and this one didn't even last half a season. All the wasted time and money installing the pad and constructing this greenhouse only for the roof to collapse. And it is not from snow. The plastic is brittle and snapped. This is a horrible design. 1. The roof panels should be thicker plastic, first off. 2. The channel the panels fit into should be deeper to really hold it and there should be a way to secure it at the bottom other than the gutter. 3. There should be MORE SUPPORT across the panels. They are too big to be able to support *any* snow at all! I can't express how utterly disappointed I am. ‐‐--------- This was great until it wasn't. Two panels FLEW OFF after a little wind. Then, I put them back in and after the first light snow, they bent. For weathering reference, I had a cheap little fabric hobby greenhouse that lasted five years until the actual frame rusted, so it isn't like we get a lot of heavy snow or wind here. This one didn't even last a year - not even the first light snow. Then I priced replacement panels. They cost almost as much as the entire greenhouse! Definitely a poor purchase :(

I want to start by saying that whoever is saying they put this together in 2 or 3 hours is a magician lol. I took my husband 2 days, off and on. We just took our time. But, that being said, there is zero way we could have ever done this in 2 or 3 hours. You should give yourself a day, just to be sure. Things we like: The packing was perfect. Zero issues. Everything was bundled and numbered clearly. All the correct hardware and parts were included. Nothing missing. The finished product. It looks great. Things that could be improved upon: The directions. The illustrations could be a bit clearer. I've assembled a TON of flat pack items and this one was a bit of a head scratcher. Include a STRAIGHT Allen wrench. The angled one...ugh! Too tight of spaces to do more than a quarter turns. Take your time to prep. Some of the molded corner pieces have edges on them from the molding process. Check for and remove those or the corners are hard to fit. Some have said that the panels will blow out easily. My plan is to use a good tape on the inside to help hold them in place. The window seems a bit poorly secures. I will make that more secure. I plan on also staking the corners to improve stability. Overall, right now, we are very pleased. I'm hoping this lasts a couple of seasons. 4 stars because of the things we didn't like.
