The diagram is kind of confusing, however it was still pretty easy to put together which I did by myself in about 40 minutes. I slightly buried the bottom part of the frame for stability purposes. And then as you can see in the picture, I put rocks all around the covers edge not only for extra stability, but to make sure the ruthless little squirrels don't get in there and eat all my plants. Despite the initial frustration caused by not having all the right pieces, {missing 2 B connectors and 1 #5 bar} the seller provided top of the line customer service! They responded within a few hours of my first message, and since they do not offer parts or pieces individually, they ended up shipping me out another greenhouse which arrived two days earlier than expected. I'm very happy that the poles are metal and not plastic, and the material of the cover is thick and seems really durable so I do expect this to survive through all the strong winds I get out here in the desert. I love the windows and how they're positioned on opposite sides, so even when the door is closed, it still gets a nice little breeze circulating inside.
