My kids really like these tree swings however I think my 7 and 10 year old are too big they barely fit I think these would better suit age 1-3. The 7 and 10 year old still use their swings but they can't be in it but for a couple minutes before they need to get out because it's just not really comfortable. The design of this hammock is good for young children. We had a different one by a different company that lasted a year that my 2 boys loved. That company has discontinued them so I had to look for another one. This one looks identical but is not quite as good. It is slightly larger but the material seems a little thinner. It was easy to hang up, we put it outside off of our big tree limb where the other one was. Within 1 day the inflatable pillow has popped on the seem. The old one lasted an entire year! The reason we finally replaced it was because the fabric was wearing thin in several places and it had become stained and I determined it wasn’t safe to hold my child’s weight. Overall it’s still a good hammock swing and I’m still glad I purchased it but I wish I could get a replacement inflatable pillow. I’m going to try to patch the hole and see if that works. Hopefully the canvas material lasts for a while but honestly not expecting it to last a full year, probably more like 6 months. It’s not a very expensive thing so still worth it. My son absolutely loves these things, he is a special needs child and has sensory issues and this really helps him decompress. Still well worth the purchase. ... show more

I’ve had this for months, and I’ve debated on my review. This is really good for my kid, adding vestibular input. The hardware doesn’t look sturdy enough that I’d want to bolt it into my ceiling. We take it outside, to the swingset and have to bring it in each time, because it is cotton. If it wasn’t cotton, I’m not sure I want my kid burrowed in a little tiny pod, so it’s a trade-off. The cushion in the bottom of the swing is like an inflatable pool toy, that goes into the cotton cover. If I had a younger or smaller/toddler child, they may not be able to use that well, and kind of roll under it, which has happened by mistake to my nine-year-old. The cotton canvas is thinner than I expected; it has held up, but we’ve used great care. My nine-year-old is small; a full-size nine-year-old may not happily fit into this, despite liking small spaces, height being the primary concern. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Uh hello why didn’t I buy this for my son a long time ago !?! Lol he loves it sooo much, I just put it up and it’s absolutely amazing . If I could push him all day in it I would. So cute at night I put him it to help calm him down, next thing I know he’s falling asleep in it. He is 2 years old and is around 30 pounds . His sister gets in it with him . She’s pretty tiny herself and is around 40 pounds. Holds both of them just fine . Now I have to buy her , her own ! Don’t hesitate to buy this.
