I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day for our porch. In the Florida heat, the mesh material feels awesome. I don’t think it will get mildewed from the summer rains and humidity. We bought hardware from Amazon to mount to the walls. The loops on the hammock are too thick for even very large caribeaners, so we had to use some of the rope that was included. Love it. Awesome quality for the price. Super comfortable, looks great. Totally recommend for hot weather.

This is the perfect hammock to have outside in a damp climate. It dries immediately after rain or morning dew, the material breathes well and is soft. On a hot day, laying in the hammock, one feels the breeze through the porous material. Strong and durable and I expect this to last a long time.
