I absolutely adore this swivel chair for my backyard patio and I will buy another few so that we have a few matching chairs for all us to sit and relax in. I love that it rotates a full 360 degrees giving me a view of every angle of my backyard or facing my home. The black color of the cushion is of course super practical for an outdoor piece of furniture that gets dirty easily from just being outside but that obviously doesn't detract from it's comfort and I can sit in it for hours on end. We are very happy with these chairs - they are extremely comfortable. Although we had some trouble with assembly and with the parts provided, the seller was very responsive, cooperative, and ultimately provided replacements for a defective part that was sent with our original order (the stem would not fit in the base of one chair). The seller did ask for video evidence that the part was defective, and once provided, promptly shipped out a replacement at no cost to us. As others have noted, the bolts are frustratingly too short to hold the chair pieces together when the thickness of the plastic rattan is considered. The seller received this feedback from us as well and hopefully will make changes/updates to future packages. ... show more
