One of my favorite things about it is the way the frame goes through the holes in the screen, so you don’t get that ugly stretched look like those screens that just have holes at the edge. Worked great for my husbands party! We did have to put a dark sheet behind it while the sun was still out, but when it was dark it was great! We got a lot of compliments on it! We had a column to go behind it so it didn’t blow over, but some sandbags probably would have done the trick as well. We did have one of the connectors snap, but some duct tape worked to fix it!

Pretty easy and straightforward to set up. Two people would be ideal and could get it done faster, but I was able to do it alone in a few minutes. The poles have elastic cords inside like tent poles which help them spring together, and then they're also threaded at the ends so you can screw them down for extra stability. I do have one small gripe, which is that when I was adjusting the height of the lower brackets to pull the screen taut vertically, some of the stitches in the corner of the pole sleeves popped immediately. It didn't totally unravel or anything, so it's pretty minor, but the stitching could be a little more secure. The height is adjustable within a little less than a foot, based on how far out you splay the tripod feet. But be advised that the closer together the feet are, the more it will wobble. The tie-downs come in handy there, but obviously that only works outdoors where you can stake into the ground. I set mine up in the living room initially just as a test, and found that it stands up fine without that extra tension, but the center does sag just a little when the poles aren't being counter-balanced away from each other. Everything collapses back down and fits easily back into the carrying bag, which is nicely compact. The screen is sheer enough that you could rear-project if your projector is bright enough, which is a nice bonus especially if you don't have a lot of room for people to walk in front of it.
