I have some semi-feral cats that have made my house their home. I had to purchase something to keep them warm during these cold months. I found this and decided to give it a try. The cats love it. I cover it with a thin blanket to make it a little more comfortable but still let the heat through and they sleep on it all day and night. The controls are great allowing me to decide how warm I want the bed to be and it has a timer so I can have it cut off, usually at the 12 hour mark. The heating pad is very nice and my Feral cat loves it. But Now I Am Having Problems With It. I purchased in November 2023. I keep getting an ERROR Message and it won’t stay on and warm. I don’t know if I received a defective heating pad, because most of the reviews are good.

After several months of use the control panel kept showing an Error message. I reached out to customer service and they asked for a photo and video of the problem. Next thing I knew they emailed me and told me a replacement pad was on the way. They communicated the entire time ensuring I knew when the new item was shipped and then checked to make sure we received it. So far the pad is working great. I greatly appreciate their attentiveness and doing the right thing when so many companies these days just don't care.
