The five piece set is a beautiful and stylish addition to my patio. The wicker is better than I expected and the cushions are thick and comfortable. The set is very sturdy and I can see it lasting for many years. The wicker is a two-tone brown and the cushions are a medium navy blue. I had a couple of the items arrived damaged. The wicker on one chair back was broken and one of the seat covers was not sewn properly. The seller’s customer service team was right on it. They sent replacements for both items which arrived in a matter of days. The customer service was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better response.

Absolutely loving my new patio furniture. Very comfortable and sturdy. Easy to put together too. For those wondering about the color, I will say the cushions are more of a taupey grey then a true grey. The mixed grey wicker the same thing. It's just gorgeous and truly will go with anything it's so versatile. The Belord Company was great to work with as one of our boxes was damaged and not delivered. They were quick to send a new one and all is well. You won't be disappointed if you decide to invest in this furniture.

Let's start with " Did Not Like". No Instructions, Not enough Hardware. Assembling was not easy. Trial and Error (No Instructions adds to a little Frustration). Had to make up shortage of Hardware at Home Depot. Bolts, Washers and Self Locking Nuts. 8 each were missing. After completing assembly, did contact Seller and informed them of a Price Adjustment, for the previously mentioned Issues. "No Response", to date. I agree with some Comments on the following. Cushions are a Tad Flat and Do Slide constatly have to adjust bottom piece. " DO LIKE", Appear Strurdy, Nice Coloring, Seats slide smoothly. Once assembled and set in place under Patio, tye overall Set looks Good. Would I purchase this Product again? Probably Not. But, then again You get what you pay for.

Overall I'm very happy with this my purchase. Assembly was not difficult. Time consuming because i bought the 7 piece set but totally worth it. The fire table is little pricey compared to others but works great. The back cushions could be more fluffy but that's just me being picky. The set is comfortable and exactly what i wanted. Highly recommend this outdoor furniture set. Great quality no damage to any of the product. Arrived 6 days before expected!

The pieces were easy to assemble. The set is sturdy and very pretty. The cushions are a little thin, fabric is rough, not soft. The cushions on the seats on the couches slide forward when you sit on them. Have to lift the back cushion and slide the seat cushion under it continuously. Every time you get up it's out of place again. For the money, it's a good bargain. We looked at just a three seat sofa at a nice furniture store and it was $8000. So, this whole set is a bargain. The chairs are great. Cushions do not move on those. The tables are very heavy and solid. It's just the cushions are cheap. You get what you pay for.

I really like my Belord 5 Pieces Rattan Patio Swivel Glider Chairs. Installation was not difficult. I followed the instructions and had no issues with the holes being mis-aligned. Assembly wasn't quick but about what it should have been. I wish they had included some loc-tite as I have experienced a few nuts and bols working loose, but that is a minor issue. I love to go on my back deck when it has cooled sufficiently, lighting a bugshield of some kind, and watching a game on MLB.tv with my feet on the ottoman. The chairs are reasonably comfortable but could use a bit thicker cushions and pillows. Overall I give them a definite buy recommendation! I'm looking forward to several summers of using them.

I was looking for replacement furniture for our 11 year old set that was coming apart. I wanted the same size so I could use my sunbrella cushions. This set is perfect. There was an issue with one part that was damaged in shipping and seller immediately replaced it! The swivel gliders are great. The set was not difficult to put together. Just took a little time since I had no help to hold the parts. I highly recommend this furniture and shipper. Hope it holds up as long as our old set.
