Instructions were no help. We watched the video to figure it out. The bold holding the condo house on, did not fit. The hole was drilled out to big, so the condo was not sturdy. We'll have to rig it somehow , as I tried to get ahold of seller but was no option for that issue. But other than that , it's great.

The top pads are smaller than I thought they were going to be. My cat who is 8lbs still likes them though. The bottom hammock is a BIG hit. My cat Winston loves it! The last cat tree I had was not as sturdy as this cat tree. It has not been knocked over by my rambunctious cats yet!

We got this for our cat, who typically loves his cat trees, we were excited to have him try it out, but we realized that, 1. It was too small for him (he's 17lbs) 2. He did not care for it at all. We were bummed to find out that both the bottom cubby and top bed were too small for him. So even if he did show interest in this cat tree, he wouldn't have been able to use it. For a kitten this would be perfect, or probably any cat that's smaller than him. So if you have a big boy like us, we recommend you look into getting a larger one, or your cat won't be able to enjoy it as well. Overall, it was easy to assemble, felt sturdy and feels like a good cat tree, just be wary of your cats size before ordering.
