Great sizing tool for Oura, and I think for general ring sizing too. The sizing ring is a little thinner than the ceramic version, but it’s a good tool for sizing and to make sure you choose the right finger.

Gifted. Person thought it did help with determining size needed and getting use wearing it. Claim is that you get $10 credit when purchase the ring itself. Box even has a QR code to do so. Didn’t work to scan. Didn’t default when purchased either. Had to contact customer service, took quite a while. Rather a waste really, there is no use for the kit once you purchase the ring. Just wasted plastic.

Love this ring! I have skinny fingers and was worried it would be uncomfortable but to my surprise it really doesnt feel bulky or uncomfortable. It was very easy to set up and connect to the app. It is very durable. I got the silver color and it doesnt really show scratches. The battery lasts me like 4 days which hasn't been an issue for me.

I got the Oura Ring 4 sizing kit to figure out my correct size before ordering the actual ring, and it definitely served its purpose. The different sample sizes made it easy to test what felt most comfortable throughout the day and even overnight. That said, once I found my size, I wasn’t really sure what to do with the kit afterward—it just kind of sits there. It would be nice if there was some kind of return or reuse option. Overall, it’s helpful and pretty much necessary for getting the right fit, but not something you’ll have much use for after that.
