LOVE IT!!!! NO idea why people have terrible ratings. It's AMAZING!!!!
Style: Ceramic Color: Petal Size: 8
I LOVE MY RING!!!! I originally got the metallic ones and within a few days it seemed it'd be easy to scratch...then they came out with the ceramic and I was SO EXCITED! I got the beautiful pearly pink one and it does not scratch ever. I am a busy mom of 4 and it is beautiful, feminine and has no scratches. It's accurate. Charges well. Connects well. It's sooo strange that people wrote such odd negative reviews here. I've had ZERO problems and it's ammmmmazing. Plus you have 30 days to return it to try so give it a try! :) My hubby is going to get one too in the midnight blue from their website. ... show more

Full of data while compact
Style: Ceramic Color: Midnight Size: 10
I’ve been extremely impressed with my Oura Ring. I love how much it tracks—from stress levels and cardiovascular metrics to personalized AI insights that actually help me understand my health trends over time. The information feels tailored to me rather than just presenting raw data, which makes it much more useful. I also chose the darker finish and was worried it would scratch easily, but it’s held up much better than I expected. It still looks great after regular daily wear. One unexpected benefit is how much I enjoy not having constant notifications on my wrist. I’m honestly considering replacing my Apple Watch with the Oura Ring full-time because it gives me the health data I care about without all the distractions. If you’re looking for a sleek, comfortable health tracker, I’d definitely recommend it. ... show more

A Wellness Game Changer That Helps Me Understand My Body
The Oura Ring 4 has truly been a game changer for me! As someone living with chronic illnesses, being able to better understand my body, track my patterns, and recognize changes has been incredibly valuable. This ring gives me insight into things like sleep, recovery, readiness, activity, and so much more, helping me become more in tune with what my body needs. I was a little hesitant about the price and the monthly subscription at first, but after using it, I can confidently say it’s worth the investment. The amount of information and features it provides makes it feel like a personal wellness tool right on my finger. I love that it helps me notice trends, make better decisions for my health, and understand when I may need to slow down or prioritize rest. If you’re someone who wants to be more connected with your body and your overall wellness, the Oura Ring 4 is definitely worth considering. This has become an essential part of my daily routine, and I couldn’t recommend it more! ... show more

Track your Biometrics without Interruptions
Style: Ceramic Color: Tide Size: 9
Review Image by SarahMarie
I purchased the Oura Ring 4 right before heading to a wellness retreat in Arizona because I wanted to disconnect from constantly wearing my Apple Watch and being tied to my phone—and it delivered exactly what I was looking for. The ring tracks many of the same key metrics (sleep, activity, readiness), but in a much more subtle, low-maintenance way. What really stands out is the app experience: the UI is clean, intuitive, and actually enjoyable to use. It presents data in a way that feels actionable without being overwhelming. The sleep tracking has been especially helpful. The level of detail, like sleep stages, restfulness, and trends over time and has given me better insight into how my habits impact recovery. I also appreciate how it passively tracks activity throughout the day without needing to manually log everything. Overall, it’s been a great alternative to a smartwatch, especially if you're trying to be more mindful and less connected while still keeping tabs on your health. Comfortable, discreet, and surprisingly powerful. The ceramic one seems durable and I picked up a polishing cloth for it. Charging is easy with the included charger. ... show more

Oura Ring
Love this ring! I bought it to find out about my sleep pattern. However, it does so much more--activity level, respiration, stress levels, recovery timing from stress and more. I chose the ceramic ring in the color petal over the metal rings. I like the fact that it looks different from the metal versions. There are several ceramic ring colors to choose from. I am fair skinned-so the petal pink blends in nicely without competing with other jewelry. After purchasing the ring, I found out you should wear the ring on your non-dominant hand. I sized the ring for my index finger on my dominant hand which is larger than my non-dominant index finger. I should have bought a size 11. ... show more

Great ring, great app, ceramic is pretty- but... Maybe not the best to get
Style: Ceramic Color: Petal Size: 7
So I have been wearing my Oura for a while. I absoulutely love the app, better than any other wearable and I have had other rings and watches. I love the ceramic look but it already has part of the ceramic chipped off and I never dropped it and always wear a cover. So who know how or when it did that but I have not had it that long= just a few months and a few weeks in noticed it at the tip of the ring. I wear it all the time and ony recently a few times did nottice it died before recharging so not sure if it is starting to die early or why I did not see the notification this last 2 times. I wish I had the versio 5 but was a little early getting it before it came out. ... show more

Great for sleep and recovery tracking without wearing a bulky watch

I’ve really enjoyed using this ring so far. It has a good lightweight fit, comfortable, and much less distracting than wearing a smartwatch all day and night. Great functions including sleep tracking which has been especially helpful and honestly feels pretty accurate compared to how rested I actually feel. The app is clean and easy to understand but it is not included and you have to pay a monthly subscription. I like being able to see trends with sleep, stress, activity, and recovery all in one place. Very duarable. The ceramic cloud color also looks sleek and neutral enough to wear with everything. Battery life has been solid too. Expensive, yes, but if you’re into health tracking and want something more minimal than a watch, I think it’s worth it. ... show more

Not Worth the Price or the Frustration
Style: Ceramic Color: Petal Size: 7
I had very high hopes for the Oura Ring 4, especially considering the premium price tag and all the positive marketing around it. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I honestly regret spending the money. The biggest issue I've had is with charging. After the first month, the ring started having trouble charging consistently. There have been multiple times when I placed it on the charger only to come back later and discover that it barely charged at all or didn't charge whatsoever. I've double-checked the charger placement, cleaned the contacts, and followed all recommended care instructions, but the problem continues. When you're relying on a device to track sleep, recovery, and health data, inconsistent charging completely defeats the purpose. The battery life has also deteriorated significantly. During the first month, the battery performed reasonably well and lasted close to what was advertised. However, despite taking excellent care of the ring, avoiding damage, keeping it clean, and following all maintenance recommendations, the battery life dropped noticeably after that initial period. Now I find myself needing to charge it far more frequently than expected, which is frustrating for a product that's supposed to be convenient and hassle-free. What makes the situation even worse is the customer service experience. Trying to get help from Oura has been nearly impossible. The support process feels like you're jumping through endless hoops just to get a response. Communication is slow, difficult, and often unhelpful. For a product that costs this much, I expected responsive customer support that would stand behind the product and help resolve issues. Instead, I felt ignored and left to troubleshoot everything on my own. For a device positioned as a premium health tracker, the overall reliability simply isn't there. A wearable that struggles to charge, loses battery performance so quickly, and comes with frustrating customer support is not something I can recommend. There are far less expensive fitness and sleep tracking devices available that provide a much better ownership experience. At this price point, I expected quality, durability, and support. Instead, I got a product that worked well for a short period before developing issues and a customer service experience that added even more frustration. Save your money and look at other options. In my experience, the Oura Ring 4 is simply not worth the cost. ... show more
