I love how much it tracks—from stress levels and cardiovascular metrics to personalized AI insights that actually help me understand my health trends over time. This review is actually for the Ceramic Oura Ring-"Tide" color-size 8-I bought the "Petal" Ceramic Ring size 7 ( last month) but could not get it to connect at all so I returned it-I tried again this month with the "Tide" Ceramic Ring-it connected easily and set up was a breeze. I have worn the ring for 6 days now after fully charging it last Wednesday when it arrived-I am impressed with battery life because after 6 days it reached 37% so I put it on the charger/it charged rather quickly -less than an hour. So far I am really pleased with this Oura Ring-I tried a couple different ring covers but just didn't like them and so far-no scratches-I've done normal things-washed dishes-vacuumed-laundry etc. I mostly got it for my sleep and I must say I am amazed at the way it breaks down your sleep-quality-deep-REM-I believe it is quite accurate as I usually wake up every 2-3 hours. It even detects a nap! It also has a setting to detect sleep apnea as well as your lowest/highest resting heart rate-There are other settings for activity-calories burned-steps-workouts. Some people may have to get used to wearing it as at first it felt a little bulky but after 6 days I find it quite comfortable-the Oura Ring app is easy to navigate as well. I am quite impressed and can only say -you get what you pay for-this Ring is worth the price-I love it ... show more

I’ve really enjoyed using this ring so far. It has a good lightweight fit, comfortable, and much less distracting than wearing a smartwatch all day and night. Great functions including sleep tracking which has been especially helpful and honestly feels pretty accurate compared to how rested I actually feel. The app is clean and easy to understand but it is not included and you have to pay a monthly subscription. I like being able to see trends with sleep, stress, activity, and recovery all in one place. Very duarable. The ceramic cloud color also looks sleek and neutral enough to wear with everything. Battery life has been solid too. Expensive, yes, but if you’re into health tracking and want something more minimal than a watch, I think it’s worth it. ... show more

So I have been wearing my Oura for a while. I absoulutely love the app, better than any other wearable and I have had other rings and watches. I love the ceramic look but it already has part of the ceramic chipped off and I never dropped it and always wear a cover. So who know how or when it did that but I have not had it that long= just a few months and a few weeks in noticed it at the tip of the ring. I wear it all the time and ony recently a few times did nottice it died before recharging so not sure if it is starting to die early or why I did not see the notification this last 2 times. I wish I had the versio 5 but was a little early getting it before it came out. ... show more

I LOVE MY RING!!!! I originally got the metallic ones and within a few days it seemed it'd be easy to scratch...then they came out with the ceramic and I was SO EXCITED! I got the beautiful pearly pink one and it does not scratch ever. I am a busy mom of 4 and it is beautiful, feminine and has no scratches. It's accurate. Charges well. Connects well. It's sooo strange that people wrote such odd negative reviews here. I've had ZERO problems and it's ammmmmazing. I had very high hopes for the Oura Ring 4, especially considering the premium price tag and all the positive marketing around it. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I honestly regret spending the money. The biggest issue I've had is with charging. After the first month, the ring started having trouble charging consistently. There have been multiple times when I placed it on the charger only to come back later and discover that it barely charged at all or didn't charge whatsoever. I've double-checked the charger placement, cleaned the contacts, and followed all recommended care instructions, but the problem continues. When you're relying on a device to track sleep, recovery, and health data, inconsistent charging completely defeats the purpose. The battery life has also deteriorated significantly. During the first month, the battery performed reasonably well and lasted close to what was advertised. However, despite taking excellent care of the ring, avoiding damage, keeping it clean, and following all maintenance recommendations, the battery life dropped noticeably after that initial period. Now I find myself needing to charge it far more frequently than expected, which is frustrating for a product that's supposed to be convenient and hassle-free. What makes the situation even worse is the customer service experience. Trying to get help from Oura has been nearly impossible. The support process feels like you're jumping through endless hoops just to get a response. Communication is slow, difficult, and often unhelpful. For a product that costs this much, I expected responsive customer support that would stand behind the product and help resolve issues. Instead, I felt ignored and left to troubleshoot everything on my own. For a device positioned as a premium health tracker, the overall reliability simply isn't there. A wearable that struggles to charge, loses battery performance so quickly, and comes with frustrating customer support is not something I can recommend. There are far less expensive fitness and sleep tracking devices available that provide a much better ownership experience. At this price point, I expected quality, durability, and support. Instead, I got a product that worked well for a short period before developing issues and a customer service experience that added even more frustration. Save your money and look at other options. In my experience, the Oura Ring 4 is simply not worth the cost. ... show more
