This thing really is heavy duty!! My wife is an avid gardener and has been using a light duty wagon that was difficult to operate with any sort of load. This is exactly what she was needing. This is almost as tough as you would find at the local nursery. The 4 sides drop down if more space might be needed. They hinge on clips. The wheels are air tires and are sturdy and operate on double row bearings. The handle pivots easily and has plenty of travel room. The suspension, so to speak, is strong and well made with top quality material. The entire unit uses top quality materials. Assembly is required and does not take too long. 3 tools are required and it is actually quite easy. I do suggest that you add a dash of grease under the front wheel pivot. This is the only point that I can see that would require service from time to time. Unfortunately, all is not roses. There were a few issues, but nothing that we can't overlook and live with. But, this is, after all, a review and might be of importance to some of you. The base and sides are metal cut so as to have a basket effect. (See the photos.) On the rear area there was some damage with bent metal. A hammer and small dolly and it straightened out nicely. They include a rubber bottom that is not shown on the advert page photos. This rubber mat had a couple holes punched into it. Again, not an issue as once placed in service it will probably receive some of the same damages. Lastly, on the side retaining pins there are rubber tips. One of the tips was missing and was not found in the box anywhere. I have rubber engine vacuum plug caps and will use one of these as a replacement. After my original writing of this review I experienced a weld that holds the floor break loose when I leaned on it with just a small force. Nothing close to the 500lb rating. So, as a result, I question the rating on this one. Despite the 3 issues, this is worth every penny that it is priced at. This will last for a very long time... My wife is so happy with it. "I know things and I fix stuff, that's what I do." That sticker has been going around lately, this unit made me think of it the whole time I was assembling it. That the box it arrived in was a taped-up mess was the first clue. That 3 of the cotter-pin tubes were smashed nearly shut and 2 of the locking tabs were bent to heck, and paint rubbed off in places, I got a returned unit. I do not mind getting a return, keeps things going around, but they could have fixed the damage - looked like someone took it through a demo-derby. Most of the damage I was able to fix easy enough, but one corner doesn't line up right no matter what, I'll make do though. IF it wasn't a return, then it was abused pretty bad in transit. With all of that being said, it is a very easy unit to assemble. It is obviously a pretty tough little wagon, and it will serve me well. The paint in the threads will make it a challenge to get the nuts started on and maybe a risk of cross threaded starts, so be attentive to it. I'm fortunate to have an electric impact, a wrench or ratchet will take a little more time but as long as the nuts aren't cross threaded it shouldn't be an issue with hand tools. The instruction sheet is very thorough, the little advisories on making sure things are facing the right direction is an important inclusion. If it hadn't been for a good instruction sheet, I would have taken off another star, call it a lucky break. ... show more

REVIEW: Our Modern Space 500 lbs Capacity Black Heavy Duty Metal Multi-Purpose Garden Tool Cart Wagon Foldable Sides Lawn Utility Cart I move a lot of landscape stones around for my front and back yard. I am still working on completing it. Before I ordered this, I would either carry a stone or use my wheelbarrow to help move them. Sometimes the wheelbarrow would become a little unstable if I put too many stones in it. This little metal cart has come to my rescue. It is much easier to pull the stones around than to push them around, trying to keep the wheelbarrow from tipping over. The second reason I ordered this has nothing to do with my yard or stones. My wife and I recently went to the State Fair. Several people were using these to put little children in instead of using a stroller. Some people had two or three little kids in a cart, and some people put all their fair goodies in the cart instead of carrying them. After using the cart for my landscape stones, I realized that the metal could get very hot in the sun. When we take it to the fair, I will need to remember to put something over it to keep it cool and hide any sharp edges. One of the features that I really like is that the tires are “No Flat” tires. My garden hose carrier and my pressure washer has to have new wheels every season because they go flat. When I go to pump them back up, they don’t hold air. At least with this cart, I won’t have to deal with that issue. This has been a wonderful cart for the yard, and I hope next year when we go back to the fair, we can try it out there too. ... show more
