This has saved my Aunt a lot before I got them the generator back. It’s is perfect my aunty carried it around and she isn’t young. It can charge while being used with the solar panel. BUYER BEWARE I ordered this solar generator for my Greenhouse, so I could run a small space heater during winter months. I set up the generator and solar panel in the same way my other solar powered devices are set up and generate a regular charge. I was very excited as the space heater was operating on a thermostat and was pulling power from the generator...for the first day and a half. The generator never recharged, not when in use, not after the heater was turned off, never recharged. Now I am a reasonable person so I contacted the technical support for the company, explaining the issue I was experiencing. First off, the process of getting someone to address the issue was a multiple day, multiple email where I needed to provide multiple photo's and videos of the generator "not charging," how do you create a video of something NOT doing what it is supposed to do? The Second and most concerning problem was that I received multiple responses from support that indicated I could correct the problem by "charging the battery." Please note, the subject line of my email included "will not charge." while I am reasonable, I am not a moron, I understand that to charge a battery on any device you have to use the battery in a way that will actually charge (plug it in, insert solar panel cords, etc.). Obviously, I have lost all confidence in this company and expect my $600 investment will result in repeated problems so I requested a refund, but had to request it multiple time before shipping labels (two boxes) were provided. Today I wait for the refund as both boxes were shipped yesterday ... show more

Believe it or not it can actually charge Tesla! Gives only about 2% in less than an hour which equals to an extra 10 miles roughly. Depending on what you need you may want to get a bigger battery this one is 1kwh Easily to carry can be put into the car. The solar panel came with the battery gives 20-30% a day, it also comes with the 110v cable that can be plugged in and charged much faster We mainly use this to charge our e-bikes scooters works pretty well ... show more
