We ordered 3 of these stools and recieved them on time. The problem is we got enough hardware to put 1stool together. The stools look well built and are exactly what we wanted.. The problem is no hardware to put them together. After working with there representive they said they would get us the parts. Well they sent about 5 ounces of parts on a slow boat from China. Amazon should not offer these stools anymore until that factory gets things straighted out. They look like a great stool and we like the 1 we put together. I drove around town and checked at 4 hardware stores to find matching hardware but could not find any. I wrote this review and now would like to update it, I did get the all the hardware I needed and everything went well after that.The company has contacted me 3 times thru email to make sure everything is ok.These stools are great,look good,sturdy and assemble easy and quick. I would defiantly buy another one.

I received this stool and immediately started the assembly process. It was easy to follow the directions and I was looking forward to getting it finished. Then I realized that I was missing some of the hardware. The instruction sheet has an email address on it so I sent an email requesting additional hardware. I was pleasantly surprised to get a response within a few hours. The hardware has been shipped and should be here in a few days. I can’t review the sturdiness of the stool yet, but the seat is well padded and appears comfortable. I would order again at this point.

The barstools are very nice, sturdy and well designed. I purchased these for a friend. Unfortunately, they arrived with an incomplete package of hardware. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent a complete new set of hardware. It was a very pleasant turn of events. They were very easy to work with and very fast to respond. Love these stools sturdy, well made. In reading reviews I noticed people did not have hardware needed to finish putting together there stools. I receive extra hardware beforehand. Very nice 🙂. My 17 yr old niece put them together for me. Would order more and recommend them to friends and family.

I order 2sets of these island stools and both sets only had hard water for one stool. I like the color and the comfort of the stool. I received a message form the seller saying they were aware of the missing hardware but failed to send me the missing hardware. I went to Menards and bought the closest hardware they had. It hold the stool together but will not swivel without catching on the bolts. Not happy with seller not sending hardware after they knew it was missing and I replied that both sets of stools were each missing one set of hardware.
