However, even with all the advantages, first of all, due to a large capacity of the charger, the overall weight of the phone is relatively heavy, which makes it inconvenient to hold by one hand for a long time. I need to switch hand or hold by 2 hands after a while. Overall, I've had a great experience with the phone, and pros clearly outweigh the cons. It's high performance, waterproof design and long battery life make it more convenient for me to deal with the various scenes in daily life.

I use mint mobile and changing my device to this one was effortless. As much as changing from one phone to another can be. Anyway the phone is exactly as described it is extremely loud and I love it! If you're looking for a smaller slimmer phone this is not it but that's not what I wanted and this is perfect. It works wonderfully I've only had it for a couple of days but the battery life seems to live up to its name. So as of now I am extremely satisfied and happy with this product! Thank you!

And with its 8GB of RAM, it's a bomb . It was packaged securely: a postal package containing the smartphone in a branded box, which was wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap. Everything arrived in excellent condition, I’m very happy about it because I ordered it as a gift for my husband. Included: ++smartphone with branded protective fill ++USB cable with charging cam ++user manual ++a needle for removing the SIM card slot The smartphone body is durable. Wasn't sure if it would work with Cricket but the AI said maybe. So I got it put my sim card in and Cricket starts to threaten me with activation fee, suspending my account , etc.. Then they call. I ignored both. Phone works great it is a tad on the fat and heavy side. Received Wednesday it was 80% charged. Durable I don't know I'm not gonna throw it on the floor. If Cricket follows through on any of their threats I will update . I would buy again I'm pleased with this phone. Cricket suspended my account, says phone is not compatible with their service, just spent 45 min. Speaking with a dude that had a heavy accent and he could not answer my questions. So here we are no phone for day 6! Very pleased! Goodbye Cricket , hello T-Mobile. And FYI it's cheaper!

Phone arrived today, went through the backup/restore procedures and just in case, rebooted the phone a couple of times. I cannot even tell you how much of a disappointment this phone is. It seem to hit the marks on the hardware stuff, but then talk about the utmost crappiest SW I ever dealt with, in comparison Win 3.11 was easier. Simply said; it just quits the application or made a futile attempt to start it. I know I hit the weather app but instead another random app just opens up, WTF? Seriously? Trying to open Google maps turned into an unwanted opening of my online banking app. I mean really? The Fingerprint access is really flawed and besides setting up the amount of pushes to access or close an app, it's horrid! If it wasn't for my old HUAWEI running out Android OS updates, I wouldn't even think about replacing it. So No! This piece of junk goes right back where it came from! The errors are repeatable and I cannot have a phone that just calls the quits whenever it feels like it. Add all these Google controlled apps, of which some cannot even be removed and you feel like a prisoner of your own technology. Thanks but, No Thanks!
