This review is for the OtterBox THIN FLEX SERIES case for the Samsung Z FLIP4 which gives NO protection to this phone's weakest point: the hinge. Wife's phone along with this case was purchased in May '24. Recently she knocked the phone off the arm of the couch and it dropped about 2 feet onto the carpet. The hinge will not work anymore and the screen is half dead. And it was in this "protective" case. I expected a whole lot more from OtterBox seeing as I've used their products for years. If you do decide to purchase this fragile phone, do yourself a favor and get a case that protects the hinge. ... show more

Top part of the phone case fit nice and tight but the bottom is kinda loss not sure if I need to used a blow dryer to shrink it or it will cause a burn or something but fits will but bottom loss not sure what to do
