    • Yikes... Not what you'd expect from Otterbox
I've been loyal to Otterbox for my last 2 iPhones. They have fabulous products, customer service, warranty and their cases WORK. I'm clumsy and drop after drop, their products have held up to their claims. This would have been my 3rd Symmetry case, as it's my favorite style from them being on the slimmer side but still with ample protection. Unfortunately it seems as though they've cut a LOT of corners for the new 13 Pro version of this case. - It's considerably more thin/bendy though they still claim it can survive 3x as many drops as military standard - As another reviewer mentioned, the front rubber bumper is not fitted right. You can see the metal frame in front and all other cases have had the bumper wrap around completely with a secure, snug fit. Mine almost feels loose and bowed as I can nudge it in and out of place. - Compared to my last Symmetry case which I still have, the bumper is considerably thinner, like ALMOST flush with the screen, which means less protection should your phone land face down in a fall. - Unlike other cases I've tried for the 13 pro, they didn't level out the back so when your phone is face up on a flat surface, it rocks because of the camera protrusion. 2 Stars for the color and overall brand.     • Not a perfect fit…
I was so excited to get this color Otterbox for my phone. I had a great Symmetry case for my iPhone 12 Pro. But unfortunately, this case doesn't have a great seal around the edges. The stainless steel border of my iPhone is peeking through the case instead of the rubber sealing up the edges like it should. This is concerning because dust and debris could get through very easily. **UPDATE** Otterbox sent me a warranty replacement. Unfortunately it has the same issue.     • Not a true MagSafe compatible case
Case looks and fits great but as another reviewer mentioned the description is deceptive. It’s MagSafe compatible in that you can still charge with the case on. However you can’t actually use the magnet with this case on so forget about attaching it to your chargers where you need the magnet to hold it up… disappointed and will be buying another case. ... show more

I had the same style case for my iPhone 11 Pro and was very happy with it, so when I upgraded to the 13, I wanted the same case. I love it, and I think the purple color is better in person than online - it's more of a muted tone, and looks great with the black iPhone. Mine fits perfectly, and works with my wireless chargers, so I am not sure what happened with the other reviewers who said they had issues. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is for the price. $50 is way to high for this case, but for some reason, it's really hard to find iPhone 13 Pro cases in nice colors right now, so I paid it. ... show more

This case fits my phone like a glove. I love the look & I’m confident my phone Is protected. Also works great with a MagSafe charger, the case does not interfere with magnetic connection at all. I love this case!

I’ve had several of these and they hold up and more importantly protect my phone. And I drop my phone a lot! I love how slim these cases are so they don’t add any additional “bulk” to the phone.

Have used Otterbox for years and they have always protected my phone when I dropped it. Excellent fit and very slim, not bulky. Will continue to buy this brand, and definitely recommend it.
