Otterbox has been around for quite a few years now. They make a very nice case. It's classy looking -- no silly futuristic design. The quality is nice overall. Easy to hold, not too bulky. Has protected me from a couple of drops already. The buttons click with ease. I somewhat wish the ports on the bottom had little caps for waterproofing -- not necessary, but might be nice. Overall, my only gripe is the price. Yes, I could buy others, but I like the look and quality of this case. I just feel it should be more in the $30 range. I doubt it costs more than $5 to make, even with the tooling costs for the molds. Maybe a little more if that rubberized finish is an expensive secondary process. ... show more

THIS CASE DOES NOT FIT! Thought that the first one I bought was a fluke so sent back and got a replacement which also does not fit( it's too small). Will be returning this one as well. Won't be buying again.

I had assumed since some reviewers claimed that theirs fit the s20 5G that I might get lucky and get one that fits, but this was unfortunately not the case. I /do not/ have the plus or the ultra, just the regular s20 5G but the case was too small. I've had otterbox cases in the past and they protected my previous phone really well, so I was really looking forward to this case. I'm hoping I'll be able to find one that fits, but will likely have to go to a store just in case. ... show more

Case received did not look as advertised. The case it practically white with a rose gold boarder, not stone red as the description states. It snugly fits the Galaxy S20, but it feels very slippery to hold. Seems like it will protect my phone, but the appearance doesn't match the description.

You can never go wrong with OtterBox, and this one was just about perfect. Protects the entire phone, and is not bulky at all. The only thing I thought was that it was a little bit slippery, but my wife says it's perfect. The nice thing is, it even protects the camera lens on the back side. Also, it does not fool around too much, so you can use screen protectors with it. This is a big key. Very happy that I got this for my wife to protect her new investment ... show more

This case was an amazing deal and I wanted it to work out, but I didn't feel like my screen was protected enough. It fits snugly and maybe that's why some people said it didn't fit? The snug fit felt secure but it just didn't have enough of a raised edge for me to feel like my screen was safe. I compared it to the case I love and have had since the phone came out, and it didn't make the cut for me. My current case isn't sold anymore unfortunately, but man it has SAVED my phone. I really think the old case's three part casing and raised edges is what keeps it safe. Hopefully there are some new designs in the future that can match those requirements! I know people want their phones sleek and cool, but this phone was over a thousand dollars. I need this thing to SURVIVE. ... show more

I got this cover for my dad's phone. He had otter for years on his old Motorola. It was one of the thick ones that kept it protected. Went with this model this time because it was economic and it is still thick but not like the other model. The light weight makes its comfortable to hold and to stick into his pocket. It has a good Compatibility fit with any screen protector which the spigen cover for my own same S20 phone does not have. That gave it a leg up from the spigen product, which is my personal preference. It covers a little more than the spigen cover too and protects the phone better. ... show more

I've had an otterbox product on my last three (at least) Galaxy products and I love them. The case buttons for my Note 8 finally broke after 2 years but this case is made of a thicker material and I don't see that happening. I like the clear so I can see the phone color or put a picture in the case.
