I had the symmetry series case on my S9+ from day 1, took it out to trade it in this week for the S20 ultra and it looked brand new, and this was after dropping it on concrete half a dozen times over the two years of ownership. So of course I wanted another one for my new phone. The camera "bump" is mostly flush with the back of the case, it may have a fraction of a millimeter recess but it's barely there. I'm ordering a camera glass protector to add some coverage for that glass. The cutouts and buttons could NOT be more accurate. The buttons have a super satisfying click to then.     • Otterbox what more can i say!?

First off i have always used Otterbox cases on my phones mostly after an indecent on an older Samsung note phone i had that practically shattered with another case i had years ago. My last phone being a Samsung Note 8 also had a SYMMETRY SERIES Case on it for over 2 years and never once did it break from falling out of my pocket or sliding off a table. However the week before i got my new phone i had the case off of my Note 8 for a bit and ended up missing my pocket wile putting it away and instantly shattered the glass... Like really the one time i had the case off... But anyways, it proved these SYMMETRY SERIES Cases do work really well on these phones with out a doubt. I picked up another one for my new Samsung S20 Ultra and couldn't be happier. Overall it doesn't feel like it makes the phone that much bigger in my hand, it feels 100 times more secure in my hand and i'm definitely less worried about scratching or breaking the phone now. One last thing i want to point out is that the camera is only slightly recessed by a very little bit into the case keeping it from being scratched or damaged on the table or a relatively flat surface. However on an uneven ground or rough surface there is still a chance for that to happen as its not significantly recessed in. So just keep that in mind. Overall very happy with it and the phone definitely feels snug in the case and shouldn't fall out at all! I highly recommend it! ... show more

This case was somewhat disappointing for the Otterbox brand. It was so slick, it kept falling out of my pockets and even my hands. I dropped my brand new phone in the snow, and I could tell moisture was getting under the case. But it was SO hard to pry it off, which forced me to push on the camera. There's absolutely nothing to protect the charging port either. I decided to buy the Commuter series as a replacement, and it's much better. ... show more

Received the Otterbox symmetry case and put it on my Galaxy s20 ultra. Immediately noticed it offered no back camera protection, the camera actually stuck up above the case. Completely not worth the $50 the case cost. Returned it for a less expensive, better protective case.

Used this case for two weeks. Dropped the phone from three feet onto carpet and the screen cracked. Absolute waste of money.

    • Quality seems lower and cheaper compared to earlier versions.

I've used the symmetry case for a few generations now and have saved them so I can compare quality. This one feels thin and flimsy and the inside is hard plastic just like the back. All of the older generations were rubberized on the inside. Whether it makes a difference or not I don't know but for $50 it surely feels flimsy as hell. The only positive is that the buttons are plastic so they are more clicky, instead of squishy rubber like the old used to be. Also the top and bottom "lip" comes out quite a bit like the old ones, so the screen has extra protection. Truthfully I was thinking I had a knock off but oh well. ... show more

    • There is no access to the stylus with this case.

No install instructions. When installed there is no access hole to get to the stylus pen, Taking this case off to get to stylus quickly loosens the fit AND the case now comes apart in 2 pieces. The holes for the hole for the microphone is on the wrong side. I have been trying to get hold of Otterbox support but they require a Otterbox order number and will not take an Amazon order#. So far I'm stuck with a case I cant get full function from and starting to stretch and fall apart every time I take the case off to get to the stylus ... show more
