Ok, this is a weird product, but worth it if you are doing any outdoor activity where you don't have refrigeration. I bought these as an experiment for an backpacking trip. I usually take cheese sticks for the first 3 days - after which, cheese really starts to separate, and be questionable (I still plan to experiment with some of the drier cheeses). But these things did the trick. Think Cheetos, in terms of texture - only much better in terms of flavor! These stuff is really enjoyable. I especially liked the Gouda. Based on the labels, these are nothing but 100% cheese, somehow puffed up like a crunch snack. I highly recommend them!

Anyone on a low card diet (who still eats dairy) should know about these. It's like little cheese crunchies that are perfectly salted (lightly) in a light and tasty treat. I lit up when I tried the first one. Now the pepper jack and Gouda says there are ZERO carbs The Cheddar has 2. The pepper jack packs a spicy punch that stronger than I suspected it would be. Still satisfying and completely fullfilling as a snack. The Gouda is light with not as much cheesy taste but still a welcome mouth treat. Of course, my favorite (Cheddar) has a creamy filling and just the right medium punch. YUM. So if you are low carb or just like cheese and don't want the chemicals of store brand chips, these are delightful. They all have the enzymes in them that make them a green light for the Wheat Belly Dieters.

If you've read the description closely, you know that these re not crackers or chips. They are actual cheese. Not sure how they accomplish it, but the bits of cheese are dried & seem to be slightly aerated, making them very light and giving them crunch without being hard to chew. But they taste like the cheese they are made from- they are not dusted with flavorings, etc. It's quite different, and might take a little getting used to, but I enjoyed this as a low carb alternative to grabbing a handful of Cheeze-Its or other crackers/chips. Certainly not a bargain, but nothing low carb ever is. Liking having these on hand for snack attacks to satisfy a craving.

I love, love these! I love the cheddar flavor as well as the Gouda. The pepper jack, I'm not too crazy about, though. It DOES taste just like pepper jack cheese, though. These remind me of cheese puffs or cheetos, but much denser. Some pieces have a nice, soft, airy crunch to them and some feel "stale" in crunch, although they are NEVER stale. They almost "squeak" between my teeth. Those pieces I don't really care for, but the flavor is FANTASTIC. The smaller, itty bitty pieces seem to always have that perfect airy crunch I like. Regardless, these are definitely worth the money, because they are very rich and have just the right amount of saltiness. (Although, I can and do eat the entire bag in one sitting - LOL) You feel like you are eating something "bad". For a low carb diet, these are my go-to snack when I am craving crunchy junk food.

I'm on a Keto diet, and these are perfect to keep in my desk at work for whenever I get a craving for something crunchy or just need a small snack. I wanted to try all three, so the variety pack was perfect. I LOVE the Pepper Jack flavor. Gouda just tastes like a ball of grease in my opinion, and Cheddar is sort of boring. I'm glad I got the variety pack to see what I liked, but I'll probably stick to just ordering Pepper Jack and sometimes Cheddar from now on. I found this brand because Starbucks carries Mozzarella flavor, which I love! Too bad they don't sell that. It does seem a bit overpriced for as small as the bags are, especially when Starbucks sells the same size bag for $2 in their stores. It should be $6-7 for all three at the very most in my opinion...

OMG these were just gross. I eat EVERYTHING. Seriously I love trying new things and usually can eat something that someone else doesn't like and say eh, not bad. Not this time. I LOVE cheese and have been dieting so have had to stay away from the cheese. Got this after Hungry Girl website recommended it. This may be their first miss! The flavor was definately cheese but the consistency was so hard to describe. Kinda crunchy, kinda airy, dense. It was described as like a Cheeto. Um no. It wasn't like a cheeto at all. Just not good. I ended up tossing all three bags. Ya might want to pass on this one but that's just my opinion...

Gouda is the best flavor in my opinion. It reminds me of the white cheddar cheez-its. Pepper jack is good too. The cheddar tastes like feet though. I'm trying to like it, but i can't. I'm gonna buy more of the gouda and pepper jack though. It definitely helps cuz I'm doing keto, and I'm a big time snacker. This helps me snack and stay in ketosis.

A gluten-free friend of mine recommended these to me. She raved about them so I knew that I had to try them when I decided to start my keto diet (very few carbs, high fat, moderate protein). These are 0 carbs, one of the flavors has 1 carb. Still extremely low in carbs since they're pure cheese. I was really excited to try them in the hopes that they would provide an alternative fix to my chip addiction. On the first bite of the Gouda pack, they had a kind of weird flavor. Sort of a sour milk/stale cheese taste. I kind of wrote it off as just dried cheese flavor or perhaps just some of the smokiness of the Gouda flavor. I tried the cheddar cheese pack next, same taste. I had my co-workers try it to see what they thought and, without me mentioning anything, they immediately said it tasted like "stale cheese" and strongly advised me not to eat any more of them. I guess I was kind of expecting something maybe similar to Pirate's Booty, I don't know why. These are unpalatable and I don't think I can stomach any more of them. I really wanted to like them since they are excellent for my diet, but I just can't. Regular cheese it is for me.
