I always buy OtterBox, but tried a few others first for my and my wife's zflip 5s. Mistake! Sure, these are more expensive, but it's the peace of mind knowing it's otterbox, it's sturdy. There are small sticky strips inside to keep your case on. And although there is no hinge cover, I got this case with the hope that otterbox will eventually come out with a case with it, as I saw they had one for previous flip models. They look great, in my opinion. Amazon says this case, specifically, is getting a large amount of reviews from unverified purchases. So, just watch out for those. ... show more

First off the positive, this case is so cute and the color was exactly as described a little more baby blue than a light gray blue but still cute. Fit my phone great. Now the cons, this phone is soooo rigid, it does not feel good to hold in your hand. If the case was a little more smooth and less bulky, I would have kept it, but I ended up returning for a caseology case that I'm in love with. I needed a case for my Z flip and went with Otterbox, as they're generally reliable. However, this case, combined with the Flip5's heat generation, made my hands exceptionally sweaty, eventually making me ditch the case altogether.     • The adhesive doesn't last.

We picked this case for a few reasons, the main being the slick design. It doesn't have the middle bump like other cases for this phone. We also liked that it came clear so we could still see the color of the phone while also protecting it. Plus, we usually trust Otterbox. The case is useless without the adhesive because it slips right off, but the adhesive also prevents you from being able to take the case off to clean it. Not only did we commit to the adhesive knowing this, but the adhesive didn't even last long at all. I think we have had the phone for about a month or two and it's already losing its grip. With previous phone cases, their lifetime warranty included a $10 shipping fee for a replacement case. In this instance, I'm unsure how the warranty applies, but if we have to pay $10 every month or two to get a replacement, it's going to be such a pain. ... show more
