I love this case. It protects my phone without being too bulky. Wireless charging works great with this case too. The only issue is the part that covers the buttons can get stretched out and not fit snug with the phone. I exchanged and new one is better but I think they needed to have part of the hard plastic cover a part of that side instead of just all being rubber. The photo shows the case I had to return. Overall great case from a trusted brand and I know if I have any issues outside the Amazon return window that otterbox can help on their website. Will always trust this brand! ... show more

It's a great case BUT a few notes: It is NOT magnetic despite the description. The buttons for power and volume are extremely difficult to press so to make it better, I took off the case, got a sharp knife and carefully poked holes around the inside of the case surroundong the buttons and now they are easier to press. I had this for less than 2 months and had to replace it. I only took it off once in the short time I had it, to add a screen protector, but it was all stretched out anyways. So stretched out that it no longer properly fit the phone and didn't stay on correctly. The return window was closed so I had to purchase a new one, and phone cases aren't cheap. I'm not someone who puts their phone in and out of their pocket either, so it really shouldn't have stretched out this bad or this quickly. It's already a replacement to the defender series case I originally bought, because the silicone case on that didn't fit properly from the getgo. OtterBox used to be the best, now they're just sadly overpriced. ... show more

I've had several galaxy phones and have always used otter box cases. I would never recommend this case. It's slick tough plastic that feels sharp around the edges. It slides around in your pocket and on consoles or seats in vehicles. The biggest complaint of all would be the buttons. Once again, mildly sharp corners and takes considerable effort to press each time. Do yourself a favor and trust me, get the defender otter box and toss out the silly hip holster.
