I love this case just keep in mind if you have to take it off you have to take off the cover, then the top part, then the actual body of it. Not that hard but not as easy as just popping it off. I thought the cover over the charger and ringer would annoy me but it really does not at all and kind of fun to fidgit with. I drop my phone a lot and protects rly well. I put in a return for this product; however, I will not be returning it. After an hour of me getting mad; I finally figured it out. And; now I feel dumb. However, my husband put together my first otterbox and did not tell me how he did it, until I yelled Finally! So; this does fit an IPhone 13 Pro Max. When you receive the cover; you need to carefully remove the rubber part and set it aside. Now; you have just the hard case. But, it has 2 parts to it. Carefully; remove the top portion, there are actually little places to pull it apart, I used a flat head knife to carefully help me pull it apart. This part takes lots of patience. Once done, you now have 3 parts and hopefully, you did not snap anything. Lay your phone in the bottom portion and kind of snap it in and then carefully line up the top portion of the plastic part and snap it in. Then; take a break, you are almost done. Now; fit the phone with the black plastic casing on, into the black rubber portion and gently pull it over the hard portion. Now; give yourself a pat on the back; because, it is done. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new case for your IPhone 13 Pro Max. It really does fit. I still had my scratch resistance glass and I love the grip on this otterbox and the value for the money was awesome. I am really happy that I was able to find this one. A solid, sturdy, and protective case! It does fit my iPhone 13 Pro Max, but I wish it came with instructions since there are three pieces to take apart and reassemble. I only figured it out thanks to other reviews. A bit bulky, but overall great protection.
