It’s been dropped a couple times already and held up fine, which makes me feel better about carrying my iPad around. Otterbox Defender for iPad Pros: *fits great and appears to be strong enough to absorb major shocks ( not tested this yet!) *good sensitivity with fingers on protective screen cover. *good access to all buttons *good openings at top an bottom to hear the speakers ----------------- Neutral (observation only): *protective top cover is not physically connected to the protective base. Once removed, it clips to the bottom of the protective base. *Only available in black * The power port, while protected wonderfully, is challenging to open. ----------------- Cons: * tilt options are limited to two positions. *The box it came in, indicated it have previously been opened and then sealed with stickers claiming "authorize reseller" * only seems to accommodate the Apple pen. Unless you have a stylus that is the same diameter, or wrap the stylus you have with tape to fit. ------ I've had other Otter box protectors for iPhones and they work great for a couple of years, then the rubber tends to relax where there is little support. Eventually, it gets to be a pain and either needs to be trimmed off or replaced. This iPad protector has one spot that looks like it might have the same issue between the power button and the volume buttons. I've learned, DON'T play with the protective rubber and it will last longer! ... show more
