Form, fit and function is perfect. I've been using OB products since my iPhone 4 days and admittedly the phones get dropped. I've never had a broken phone. Great stuff. My only complaint is I wish I could have gotten it in a bright color, like orange!

    • Works with off-brand QI chargers - but not Apple's MagSafe
Otter keeps getting better - very comfortable to carry, nicely seals the phone, great grip that doesn't catch on pocket lining like silicone covers. It's thicker than Apple's case, so it didn't work for me with a new Apple MagSafe QI charger, but works just fine with other brands of charger-stands. I never have to open the latch door on the phone bottom to plug in the USB-C, except to download photos to the computer (which I likely could do via wireless networking, but haven't tried). Again, Otter is much more refined than it used to be. Something I can live with daily. Cases are very personal - good luck with your quest! ... show more

    • Great protection. Get a tempered glass screen cover also for the best protection.
Perfect fit iPhone 12 mini. Very good protection. Buy a separate tempered glass screen cover to install on yiur phone because the defender leaves the glass unprotected. But this combination makes the phone tiuch screen more responsive than a full otterbox with the plastic cover over the phone glass.

Just got my new iPhone 12 Mini and I got the Defender pro case for it! It adds bulk to the little phone so it makes it average sized and I love the design on it… Overall 10/10 and great price too My dislike about it is that the screen protector is too “big” so it tends to bubble up a lot ***Never had this problem with my previous iPhones*** ... show more

    • Better otter box case
I got this because I had a defender case for my iPhone 6. I dropped my phone a bunch of times and never had a problem with it. I finally got a 12 mini last year but couldn’t find a defender case that didn’t cost a lot. I got an otter box commuter case. I had it for a year and I dropped it a few times. It protected my phone but it cracked on the bottom plastic. I found this defender case and got it quickly. It seems much better than my previous case and has rubber all around with no real plastic exposed. It’s a little thicker than the commuter case but appears much safer. There is no screen covering so I would suggest a glass screen cover for front protection. I’m happy with it and texture on the rubber makes it easy to hold. ... show more
