I carry two phones and have used the Otterbox Commuter for both phones for years. As a busy mom, I absolutely punish my phones: they get shoved into pockets, dropped, played with by kids with sticky fingers. As a result, the hard outer plastic shell has broken a few times - I usually need two cases over the life of each phone. But my phone has never cracked or chipped once. And that’s all that matters to me. I do wish they’d produce more dark colors and fewer pastels, which show dirt easily and are not professional looking. But I’ll just keep buying the navy and black ones until that happens. ... show more
