The only downside to the product is that at first it wouldn’t charge and that was due to a “bent prong” in the battery. it wasn’t necessarily bent it was just pushed to the wall and needs to be pushed forward. Customer service was very helpful while I was extremely frustrated. They were patient and willing to fix my issue even if the prong wasn’t a problem. Having said that, I LOVE THIS CAR!! Mt boys love the car. The shock system on it is amazing. I swear the battery last forever. They rode about 2.5 hours the first day and the battery was still all the way green and they ride on grass, dirt, concrete and gravel. The wheels really grip when On the gravel and are so much better than the plastic wheels you normally get. I love the foam rubber wheels. The music system in it is perfect and they really love that. The Bluetooth feature is nice and my older son always wants me to connect. The remote is great but sometimes it just disconnects from the car when even when I’m close which isn’t a big deal for me. It could have been because my younger son will turn the car off when they are just sitting there but I haven’t figured it out yet. I love the lights so they can drive when it gets dark and I love that it has two buttons for the speed. It really goes in my opinion. The only thing that would be nice is a little “trunk” space as it has none but honestly a great purchase. We have only had it for a few days with it working so I will update if needed

After 2 months of use, the car won’t go forward, it reverses just fine, but won’t go forward. Ive researched it, Ive tested all connections and the control panel needs to be replaced, which you can’t buy anywhere, and there is nowhere to message the seller about getting a new part. The car itself is amazing, but for the price of it, it needs to last much longer and have the parts available in the event something breaks or stops working. I will update my review if the seller reaches out.

Update 4/24: I was sent the parts to repair the car and videos on how to do it, it was easy and has been effective so far. This car is really fun once the kids get the hang of driving it, I wish it were heartier as far as being able to withstand some elements but overall it is a fun toy and my son loves it. Just make sure it is properly stored at all times! UPDATE AS OF 2/24: save your money! Dont buy this item! It is so poorly made, we only got to use it like 3 times since my son got it for Christmas and now the whole car has stopped working and is completely useless. I covered it every night with a heavy car cover but apparently this wasn’t enough and the car will not turn on anymore. The remote had also stopped working long ago. Very disappointed. Our previous ride on from “best choice products” was BOMB PROOF, could withstand any weather and is still running two years later, spend your money on a better product! I got this for my three year old as an upgrade from his car from last year. (Best choice ride on jeep 12v go buy one it’s awesome) I figured a 24v was the next step since he’s getting bigger and rode his other car every single day. This car looks great, is well made with a metal body, feels very sturdy and it was easy to put together. The pedal is pretty far from the seat, my guy is just too short right now to really comfortably be able to drive it. It also has two pedals, one for brake, which really is unnecessary because If you even slightly move your foot off the gas pedal the car will jerk to a stop, and the two pedals gets confusing for the kids. The car stops very quickly and causes the kids to jerk forward every single time. It makes a pretty annoying high pitched noise while it’s moving. It moves pretty fast on the road but gets very bogged down in any other terrain and it is a very bumpy ride. I’ve seen other reviews about not getting it wet, we try to always keep it covered at night but with his old car we could leave it out in the rain or let my son give it a “car wash” and not worry about it so that’s a bummer if I happen to forget to cover it one night, I hope it doesn’t get fried. The Bluetooth range is not very good either. Overall I don’t know if we will live or use this one as much as we did his old jeep, it may be a better fit for an older kid but at that point I don’t think it would go very fast.

After a year of using this Jeep almost daily, my daughter still loves it. It has held up very well. We had an accident a little and the sellers were very quick to respond and sent us the replacement part within a week! I love the ability to use the remote control and the different speeds. It is worth the money!

I purchased this a year ago for my daughter on birthday and she loved it! It has long a battery life and great features. One issue recently was with the circuit board in the dash. One of the buttons (the turtle to lower the speed) was stuck on. I messaged the company through Amazon to let them know about the problem and they sent me a new one. No cost and no questions asked. I installed it and everything works great! They even sent me another part I didn't need which appears to be a charge controller. I'm sure they are just being preemptive. Awesome customer support! Will be getting another for my other daughter soon. Great company!
