  • Works great, no noise
Color: Silver
I purchased this to fit inside a pedal board that my Voodoo lab was too big for. So far it's been working great, no noise at all. I'm currently running 5 pedals off it. The LED lights are bright but works for me because I have it inside a plastic pedal board. The board glows blue which looks cool and is a nice indicator that the pedal power is on and working. Being able to shut the LED lights off is a nice feature because if directly visible the LED's would be way too bright. The unit I received is well built and functions properly, based on my experience I recommend this power supply and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another if needed. ... show more

  • Got rid of the ground hum
Color: Silver
I know you've done it... plugged in the pedal board and you can't find the STUPID HUM! is it this pedal? no... Is it this pedal? nope... It's the blasted POWER SUPPLY! This fixes all of that. Each pedal gets its own power without having to chain. It also has a variety of voltages so your big boys can play nice too. Go ahead. Buy it. ... show more

  • Supporting 9 pedals, and holding up great
Color: Silver
It's surprisingly good for the money. Low noise, small footprint, and all the power my budget board needs. I added a clip-on ferrite core to the power cable for more silence, but it barely needed it.

  • Light weight and works
Color: Silver
Great for the price! Easy set up and works perfectly! I was hesitant but decided to take a chance! I bought this for my boyfriend who’s a full time musician and plays 5 nights a week. He said this was perfect!

  • So far, so good
Color: Silver
It seems like a lot of these pedal power bricks are priced ridiculously, so based on the reviews I decided to take a chance on this one since it's priced a lot better. Really there's nothing exotic in a simple, well regulated power supply that would justify the prices that some people are charging. Normally, I try to avoid made in China, but my guess is that plenty of the high priced power bricks are MIC products either re-branded, or made on contract by a chines factory. The build quality is good. Solder joints are all nice, and clean, the components are placed very uniformly on the circuit board, and the case is solid, and well made. The unit seems pretty quiet when running the maximum number of pedals. I'm running it one pedal per outlet, no daisy chaining, and it's hum free in a home use environment. I'm powering a wide variety of modern pedals from the normal brands and some boutique pedals and haven't had any issues. In fact, I liked this power supply enough that when I had more pedals than the number of outlets, I just bought a second one of these rather than doing the daisy chain thing. The build quality, etc, on the second power supply was the same as the first, with the only difference being the design of the wall wart being slightly different. If I had a complaint, it would be that there is no on/off button on the unit, but it's a lot of bang for the buck ... show more

  • Great for less demanding pedal boards
Color: Silver
The power cables included, both the outlet and pedal power cables, are short as hell but for home use I think this is cool. I'm using it at my computer desk to record into my little Audient ID4 interface. I had a daisy chain cable system before it was noisy as hell and now that I'm recording I am using this box. There is no audible noise for my board. It sounds very clean into my DAW. I am currently powering 7 pedals. Chain: TC Elec Polytune2-> Pigtronix Philosopher's Tone compressor -> EQD Dunes -> Tc Elec Hall of Fame 2 -> TC Elec Flashback 2 -> EQD Afterneath -> Strymon Iridium. All of these devices except the Strymon can work on the 100mA inputs. The Strymon needs the input slot 8 for 500mA. I think this is a little more than is required but it seems okay so far. Knowing this, if you have a lot of Strymon pedals that need 100ma+ you will want to find something else to power them. Good deal for simple setups. Do your research before you buy to make sure it works with your setup. ... show more
