Its very comfortable but they said it had clips or snaps. It is actually is Velcro. Only giving 4 stars because it was not the same as the description. It does give support - its lighter in weight and thinner in look than most back support belts which is great. You can wear under tops and nobody can see it. I love it. This is perfect to wear to work or going out - under your suit, under a dress or a top.
