I've had this blender several months and it serves my purposes quite well. I make a lot of green smoothies and Veggie blends. I had an Oster Versa, that finally died, and I wanted to replace it, but the Versa has increased in price. This blender is very similar to the Versa but is reasonably priced. It runs like a dream, and everything is smoothe even in the "thick" setting. I also frequently blend soaked, hulless oats, and it works well for that, too. Amazon carries the organic hulless oats, from Seversons Farms. The blender cup is also less bulky at the base than the Versa and lighter weight which makes it easier to clean. It works great for what I do. And the food processor did come with the blade. I think for this price level, this is a really good product. I would recommend it to a friend. ... show more

I just received my Oster BLSTTS-CB2-000 Pro Blender with Texture Select Settings...so glad I ordered it! I had an Oster that was a hand-me-down from my grandma thirty-plus years ago. I put it in a yard sale because I wanted a newer, sleeker blender...and I've regretted it ever since.
