I have tried close to 10 midtier backpacks at this point to use for work as an attorney. This one easily takes the cake. The materials are light but high quality and the design of this pack is great. It has a good amount of storage in its main two compartments to carry whatever you need for a day of traveling and working. I found it can hold a couple of my files which is all anyone can really expect a good-looking commuter bag to do. If you want anything bigger than this you are going to be heading into the "bulky" territory for bags. The felt-lined sunglasses compartment on top is a great useful touch as well. My gripes with this bag would be that it does not have as many organization compartments as other comparable bags and I am not necessarily a fan of the foam shell on the front of the bag. It looks great right now, but I worry that over time that it will become deformed and start to look odd. I will update that later in case it happens, as no one should pay j$170 for a bag that looks like crap after some wear and tear. As of right now this bag is a 4.5/5 and is the must-buy bag in its price range. Would recommend full heartedly.

The Osprey Ozone Laptop Backpack 28L is simply amazing! I thoroughly tested it and absolutely loved it. The build quality is top-notch, and it offers excellent storage and organization for all my needs. The only minor downsides are that the chest strap doesn't have a whistle and the water bottle storage didn't fit my extremely large Yeti bottle. However, these are unique asks and don't detract from the overall functionality and quality of the bag at all. As someone who loves bags, I can confidently say this is an awesome bag. Highly recommended!

The contouring on the front of the back (which slants in) is stiff making it difficult to access the main compartment. It seems to be padded, which functionally offers no advantage. Overall the size is good, but my Dell lattitude 5520 laptop barely fits in the computer sleeve making the zipper run tight. I also would want some more organization pockets on the inside. I do like the roller board handle sleeve on the back and the hidden pocket behind it. Great for storing my passport. The sleeve keeps the bag tight to the handle and upright when sitting on the roller bag. Unfortunately, I am going to return this bag, just not right for me.

The more I travel, the more I understand that weight trumps just about all other concerns. This pack is the lightest I've found, 2.5 pounds less than my old pack. That kilo can make a difference (E.g., Virgin Australia has a 7K limit on carry-ons. I'm loathe to give up that kilo to the pack itself). It has minimal organizational capability, but I don't much care about that--I use lightweight organizers instead. On the essential side, this is the only Osprey pack that can slip over the handle on my suitcase (essential to me) and it has a separate laptop sleeve (also essential).

This is a very good bag if you know what you are getting. It is not small and it is not large. It is perfect for being a laptop bag for travel. If you would desire to use it for clothes as well in travel it may not be the best bag. One plus is the identification tag that I hope I never have to use. Zippers are secure and very sturdy. A little force is required when zipping. The ascetic are very nice. Overall great bag!

I needed a great backpack for my trips to our corp office where I have to walk a good ways to get there in downtown setting. Even with a full load, the straps are comfortable and it doesn't sway when walking. Plenty of pockets to hold accessories like charger, mouse and pens. Very happy with this purchase and the expandable section to stuff a raincoat in is a bonus!
