The skateboard is pretty nice for a beginner. The board itself is sturdy but the wheels are a little sticky. Maybe they need to be broken in but it really has to be propelled hard for it to go more than a few feet on flat ground.

5 stars for the value. It’s not a hand painted masterpiece with name brand trucks and crazy-fast bearings. It is, however a good looking sturdy board that has a high-quality feel. My 5 yo says it’s “too big” for him (it’s not), but I’ve ridden it several times with my 220lbs and I’m really happy with it. This product was a big disappointment. Purchased as a gift. The wheels are terrible and it dose not roll properly. Skate shop wanted to replace wheels. Described them as cheep. Yup... I got what I paid for. I should have paid more and got a Tony Hawke. A name a grandma knew. The wheels are plastic and really quite dangerous. Picked this one due to cost being reasonable for a beginner kid, but my kid so disappointed so we are going with a better product. We missed return window as we felt we were doing something wrong since we were beginners. But after a professional opinion we knew we were duped. Boo on Osprey.... ... show more

I bought this skateboard because I wanted to learn how to ride and do tricks on it when I started using it the back of the skate board starts peeling and the skateboard always leans and it's not very smooth to ride on.

it's exactly what it is, a $20 board. not the best but perfectly skateable. came kind of lopsided but it's easy to adjust. grab some better wheels and it's a totally acceptable beginner/ cheap board.
