This came in a zipper bag. There are 2 layers of straps, the larger wide strap that you put on first, there's no problem with that one. Now comes the smaller straps that give you a better "hug", the velcro is not sticky enough and not long enough. I feel like the part that it sticks to could be longer to give me a tighter fit. Besides that, this really gives a pretty good support, I do feel like my lower back is supported very well moving around. It's not fun having back problems, and this belt is helping me relieve some of the pain.

This is one of the better back support braces that I've tried. It supports a large area very well. Getting overheated might be an issue with this but that's true of most back braces.

It said on the package if you were between sizes to go larger, but that was a mistake, I should have gone smaller. I think this brace runs large. I really like the optional triangular sacrum pillow. However, the velcro on the outer adjustable straps is too weak, and to get the support you need by tightening those straps sufficiently, you really need a velcro there with a strong grip. I do feel it gives me some support, but I really wish I had ordered a size down so that I could give it a better and truer overall evaluation.

I got this because I love going to concerts and standing up the whole time I noticed my back would be aching like crazy! I was able to wear this brace under my shirt and you couldn’t even tell! It fits nice and it feels great!! But does it work?? Why yes it works perfect and my back was supported the whole time and felt so much better the next day. This is a good buy and keeps your back supported from standing a long time!

I have had a very bad lower back for a few years now and already have 2 other back braces but this one looked a little different. The first thing I noticed was that it was a little more breathable than my other ones so my shirt didn't get quite as soaked from sweat. The second thing I really really like about this belt is that it uses 4 metal support splines in the back that really don't bend and are so much more solid than the plastic ones in my other support belts, it makes a huge difference in the amount of support I feel. The third thing that I liked is that there is a triangle shaped support pad (see picture) that pushes in on the center of my lower back that my other belts don't offer and you can remove if needed however I have kept mine in. Of course like my other support belts after you fasten the main part if you want it more snug you can tighten the outer straps to give you even more support. So far I have not found one negative about this back brace and I think by far this is the best one I have ever used and would highly recommend it.
