I've tried a few braces over the years and I've hated pretty much all of them. This one, while not perfect, it does work. It gives you that full upper body support most other braces lack which makes this one work a bit better. It's not supper comfortable but it's also not terrible. What I liked about posture corrector is the support you get while wearing it, I couldn't wear for a long number of extended periods, I felt a little uncomfortable after about one hour, but it did help with the pain in the middle of my shoulders. The shoulders and also the mid area are adjustable with Velcro to fit the size you will need. ... show more

I work at a desk all day, and know my posture needs improving. This is pretty good for gentle reminders, it's not really a brace so not something you should be deadlifting with to protect your back while at the gym. I did wear it while doing stuff around the house and noticed that I was using my core more than the back, which I tend to use when lifting boxes and stuff, which I know is bad. It is a gentle reminder and can't be worn very long, at first. I found I had to gradually (and slowly) increase the amount of time I wear it, as it gets uncomfortable, but that's the reason I got it, right? To help correct bad posture and right now, bad posture is more comfortable. It is a little hard to adjust and find that it definitely pulls under the armpits, so I can't wear it while in a tank top or sleeveless top. It's not going to fix really bad posture and is not a quick fix, but hope to incorporate more core workouts while using this to help train me to sit and stand straighter. ... show more
