The foam is thick & sturdy,so it doesn’t flop all over the place when removing or replacing. My dog is a digger & so far the cover & foam have stayed intact. The waterproof liner has kept the foam clean & doesn’t smell of dog. My dog is 14 so the foam is firm enough, yet soft in his old bones. We had an aging dog who slept in bed with us and lounged on the couch with us but his joints couldn't handle getting up any more. We purchased this XL dog bed for him to be close to us but also comfortable. I was surprised at how comfortable it was and ended up laying with him on the bed towards the end. Now our rescue girl is loving it.

My Corso enjoys it and the XL is plenty big enough for her! Very soft material. Doesn’t come assembled, you just put foam pieces into zipper parts and it was very easy.

I bought this bed for our collie, who is now about 75lbs. The size is perfect for her, and she loves it. My favorite feature is ability to remove and wash the cover. It has held up well for over two years. However, now all of the tiny gripper dots on the bottom of the bed have started coming off in the washing machine. There are a million of them, so it’s really a pain to try to remove them from the machine every time we wash it. I am debating on whether to stick it out until the last of the dots have come off, or buy a new bed and risk going through this all over again later. Since the rest of the bed is still in good condition, I’ll probably stick it out for now. In the future though, I will probably look for beds that don’t have grippers underneath.

We have had this bed for 1.5 years far and it’s still like new. It is so easy to take apart to wash, making it super easy to maintain. There are no tears or any sign of wear even after daily use and weekly washes. All of the cushions have maintained their support and thickness, even with my 60lb dog laying all over side cushion. This is absolutely durable and worth the money!

I have had the brown bed for just over a year, and my dog loved it so much I got the blue one in April. My dog is 85lbs, has long, thick nails, and loves to nest and dig. All his past dogs bed have been ripped and needed to be replaced in under a year easily. These barely show signs of wear - you can see it more on the brown bed I’ve had for longer. But the pad holds up and still no rips or tears in the covers. They wash up easily and are so comfortable for my dog. Definitely recommend!
