The shoes are very comfortable. I've been wearing them at work for two months now. I put the arch supports in on day 3 after getting a feel for them. My job has A LOT of Overtime right now so two months of 16 hours, four days a week on my feet I have started to wear through the insole.

I bought my regular size 9 and they fit as expected. I didn’t use the included pieces, I just put them on and went out. no problems at all. I’m glad I bought them I can’t say anything about how long they will last, I don’t have them very long.

    • They do what they advertise, but change as they settle with your feet. Get inserts.

These helped my plantar fasciitis from the moment I put them on. They did nothing for my neuropathy, but it didn’t really advertise for that so I’m not totally disappointed. Three days of constant wear in, they’re getting less and less comfortable. My foot pain is still gone, but I feel like I need a gel insert or something. Idk I just think for the price I shouldn’t need to turn around and pay for Dr Scholls to get added comfort. That’s the reason I docked it a star, otherwise great. I’m so relieved that the foot pain is at least tempered for the moment. We’ll see how they do with 60 days of constant wear, LOL. ... show more

The ONLY reason why I put too large is because I ordered wide when I shouldn't have. I'm on my feet all day at work and can't sit. I barely can walk to the bathroom later that night when I'm off, or even worse, the morning is excruciating. I own quite a few pairs of Orthofeet shoes. This pair, however, does not provide much support or comfort, and they are simply sized too big. Adding all the inserts just crowds the shoes. The best way I could describe the feeling is flimsy. Returning and then going to order different types from orthofeet that I currently love and have worn and worn and worn. You think I'd learn--these stretchables simply don't provide enough support or comfort when walking on hard pavements. ... show more

I wear these shoes 4 days a week. Basic walking nothing heavy indoor only easy floors. The sole has all but come off, the toe is coming apart. For the money I would have expected them to last a bit longer.
