I purchased two of these masks in the same order. Both arrived quickly. One worked perfectly...the other wouldn't accept a charge at all. I returned the malfunctioning one and had a replacement literally the next day. Great customer service! -- Swimming with the mask is terrific. Breathing is comfortable and totally natural. Unlike a traditional snorkel, when you return to the surface after being submerged there is no need to exhale water from the tube. With the Orsen Full Face Snorkel Mask, as soon as the tube is above the water, you can breathe normally. We'll be using these makes in the Caribbean but also in our lap pool. Way more fun to swim without working hard to breathe. Great product.

I use a face mask snorkel all the time but for the first-timers... It can be hard to adjust to breathing. When I tried this it was definitely better with breathing and it kept it cool. The problem with mine was that the fan was loud. Also, the charging port could use a stronger magnet because it kept falling off. Lastly, when I had to travel on a plane I had to carry it with me because of the battery. It would have been nice to detach the battery pack somehow so that I can carry it with me on the plane, not the whole mask. Other than that I think they are on the right track.

Clear and unobstructed 180 degree view. I only gave them a 4 right now because we’ve only test drive them in our pool. Great on the surface but a slight struggle getting down 8 feet in the deep end, they’re slightly heavy and to buoyant for deep dives. The good news is that we’re testing them thus coming week on Culebra Island and Puerto Rico. Stay tuned for our follow up review where maybe it’ll be a 5 star.

This mask performs better than some masks I’ve had in the past that cost over 150.00! The cool thing is I’ve never had the opportunity to breath through my nose while snorkeling. The fan worked as described provided a relaxing and amazing snorkeling session. The fact that I saw fish and manta rays swimming with me just made the day. Definitely recommend trying this mask out. The quality and performance of the mask will blow your mind.

The design and material of the mask was like a gas mask, good quality. My bridge to chin is a lil over 12.5in so I went with the Large as recommended by the sizing chart. However I could not get a good seal around my cheek area which is quite slender. The fan function worked but sadly would not shut off or power down & the light remained on green even after doing all things in the instructions. I'm leaving on vacation before a replacement would come, so I had no choice but to send it back.

It felt good on my face, I usually have to push my mask off my face when I don’t have it in the water. I didn’t feel the need to do that with this mask, it felt natural to keep it on. I love it🥳👍🏼🤩

I bought this for long swims because I liked the idea of nose breathing with it instead of mouth breathing with a regular snorkel. Unfortunately it’s terrible for that. But for short “surface” swims it’s ok.
