The media could not be loaded. Great fun! I suggest buying a few and playing with them demolition derby style. I bought three for a couple of my nieces to play tag with the cars. The little kids loved them almost as much as the grown-up kids in my family! They were such a hit that I bought three more, so we have six different colors. Overall they are excellent. Run time is decent, I’d guess 10-15 minutes per battery; each car comes with two batteries . We never had an issue with the remotes, even with six cars running at once. We have the red, blue, green, pink, teal, and yellow cars. All the remotes match the car except the yellow car has a green remote. When you turn on a remote it will pair to the first car that you turn on. So the first time we all started them up, the remotes were controlling random cars and not the ones that match the color of the remote. The next time we took them out we turned on one remote, then the matching car in sequence so the remotes paired to the car with the corresponding color. There are a few minor issues, but nothing serious. There’s noticeable variation in battery life between batteries. The battery compartments are held on by a plastic latch and a small screw (because I purchased the cheapest model); if you don’t fasten the screw, the battery compartment may pop open during a collision. The wheels are pretty soft, so they can crash into feet and each other without any issues. We’ve brought them out a few times and they have performed surprisingly well. The controls are simple. The left joystick controls the left wheels and the right joystick controls the right wheels. They can flip over and keep going. If you make sudden adjustments the wheels on one side (or both) will flip around in different directions, which makes it even more fun and dramatic when they crash into each other. It’s easy enough for my four year old niece and 80 year old in-laws. They are some of the best bang for the buck out there.

If you're looking for a great gift for a kid in the 5-7 age range, you should definitely consider the ORRENTE Remote Control Car. I got one for my nephew, and he absolutely loves it! The controls are really intuitive, so he picked it up super quickly and was zooming around the house in no time. It's built to withstand all the rough play that comes with young kids; it’s already survived several crashes and still works perfectly. One of the coolest things about it is how fast it is. It moves smoothly, responds well to the remote, and can even do 360-degree spins and flips, which adds a lot of excitement. The battery life is pretty decent too. It comes with two rechargeable batteries, so while one is charging, he can keep playing with the other. What impressed me the most is its all-terrain capability. It handles different surfaces really well, whether it’s carpet, hardwood floors, or even outside on grass and concrete. The only small downside is that it takes a bit of time to fully charge the batteries, but given how much fun my nephew has with it, that’s a pretty minor issue. Overall, I think the ORRENTE Remote Control Car is an excellent choice. It’s durable, fun, and provides endless entertainment. My nephew has a blast with it, and I'm sure any child in that age range would feel the same!

The media could not be loaded. This Car is absolutely cool. With all of the colorful lights, flips and turns. It’s super fast and just all around tough. I love that it has extra batteries, it’s easy to operate once you get used to the controller and it’s fun for different ages. The price is great for a Birthday or Christmas gift and it’s highly recommended to keep the kids happy with tons of excitement.

I recently got this RC car toy and I’m impressed with its overall quality. The build feels sturdy and durable, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The run time is average, so you might need to recharge after a while, but it’s not a big issue. There is a slight learning curve when it comes to mastering the controls, but it’s manageable and actually adds to the fun as you get better. Overall, it’s a solid RC car that offers hours of entertainment without being frustrating. Definitely a good buy.

I got this to see if my dogs would chase it. I have three dogs and am always looking for ways to tire them out. Took it outside and gave it a shot. Well there wasn’t enough power to go through 3” grass. Or at least not quickly or for long. And the dogs had zero interest in something that didn’t pose a challenge. It seems like a good fun toy for indoor use, but that’s not what I bought it for. I opted to donate it to a local thrift shop.
